Lotus Spa & Massage JLT - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
I always visited lotus spa it was much better than this , they tried to push me to try new girl so I did . It’s very disappointing I had some sessions with Alice she is horrible she doesn’t know how to give massage , she can’t communicate but all she is good at is ask for money and extra which is not reasonable price at all , she even offered something that is not allowed or should be doing at the spa as I tried everyone there , Alice is different and daring I don’t feel comfortable she should work as freelancer . I really feel disgusted not to mention personal hygiene , I do not understand how people can deal with her for me never again with Alice , the worst!!!!
Advertises as welcoming everyone – males and females – WRONG
Fraudulently advertising they offer spa treatments for men and women. I went with my husband to book for a massage. The woman at the counter looked at me, paused and said “it’s for men only” The website states they offer spa treatments for men and women. I messaged them to confirm this and they said “yes men and women” when I asked if I can book in they said man only. False advertising, fraudulent.

Perfect treatment
I was visiting one of my friends in the UAE as it was her engagement. So we went to this salon in order to pamper herself before engagement and I tried the massage there. They made me so fresh and relaxed by the full body oil massage I tried at their place. I would never recommend any other salon in UAE except this one.
