Caused Hair Damage – Cannot do basic colors

Testing the color for my wedding,
Straightforward brownish color, no high or low lights.
Just one color unified on my hair. Simple?

Nope! It took +5 hrs of a very unpleasant process that ended up (as pictures showed) with a burnt, damaged stiff and super dry hair and scalp that looks terrible.
And,
Guess what? The man couldn’t even get close to the desired color!
On the left of the picture is the color i asked for.
On the right is the colors i got (middle one at night, right one at daylight)!!!
A horrible terrible misrable color that i won’t be able to change before a week so that my scalp can calm down!
And. Besides the super painful process he made and failed to get the color, another process will start with dermatologist to fix that burnt hair..
