    A simple pergola project

One month after making the 50% deposit NOTHING has been done. The raw materials have not even been ordered. This is causing delays with other contractors and disrupting project completion. Calls and WhatsApp go unanswered for days and no explanation is offered for the delay. There has been a constant turnover of staff during this period also.
