I got gel nailpaint done from here and after repeatedly telling them to cover the edges they didn’t listen to me and did a very poor job. When i complained after coming back home and the owner was just so rude with me that this is the way we do it and she said that i don’t care how other people do it for you. They don’t understand anything and are not flexible to understand and listen. Even after sharing pictures and videos they don’t understand. Even the pedicure was not done nicely and i have dead skin. I even have dead skin on my hands too, they didn’t even do the manicure properly. I paid 850 aed for their services and i didn’t even ask for any refund or for them to do my nails again but they cannot even acknowledge their mistake. Such a bad attitude and i’ll never visit again. I will never recommend this to anyone. No one deserves this kind of service and behaviour after paying so much. The picture attached is from the very next morning after i got my nails done.
I had a pleasant experience with taking their massage services they were attentive and friendly and their services are awesome.
