Kokoro Handroll Bar is Dubai’s first hand roll bar promising sushi lovers something different. Having recently opened its doors at the end of March 2024, it already has the attention of the city’s foodie community, particularly those with a penchant for sushi.
The sushi bar, which hails from Houston, Texas, was founded by chefs Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee, who have a combined 20 years of experience specialising in Japanese cuisine and sushi.
The concept was brought to Dubai by the team behind Pinza, FIYA and Bake My Day, so you know you’re getting something great.
