1). I received my monthly booking two hours later than booked apparently due to it being serviced, yet I received the car with the oil lamp on. No response to my concerns about the oil light, the leak then seemed to get worse on my car park (when calling and asking for help I was yelled at and told they will need to pick up the car during office hours (while I am at work) no consideration for the clients work/life, further that I must have done something as it was serviced before giving to me.
2) constant requests to pick the car up for service during my working hours or while I was out of the country and threatening to fine me if I didn’t give the care by certain dates and times placing me under extreme stress. When given solutions their rude employees would say that isn’t in our working hours. Hello I am doing you a favor giving you the car I am paying to rent to be serviced when this should have been completed before charging someone to rent it!
3) rude, disrespectful, incompetent
4) still no deposit returned over a month since giving the car back a week early to avoid engaging with these people.
