Hey, just wanted to caution everyone about this clinic. They booked me for 7:10 PM, which turned out to be way too late to wait, and they haven’t even followed up. This is really unprofessional and upsetting. I’m not recommending them at all!

I recommend booking one month in advance, otherwise you will be disappointed with the consistent responses you will receive from them such as “sorry, it’s not available,” “we are fully booked,” and “that is the only available time we have”- even if you are trying to get available timings more than a week in advance. It will be acceptable if it occurs only once or twice and you book on weekends. However, I am booking on the weekdays and requesting after-lunch times as well. It’s just incredibly difficult to book via their WhatsApp, yet they keep encouraging people to do so.
