Complaint Regarding Rear Window Motor Issue – Kia Sonet

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with my Kia Sonet 2025. The rear window motor is malfunctioning has completely stopped working(all the 3 window) and its been less than an year. This issue is causing significant inconvenience and raises concerns about the vehicle’s quality and safety.

I’m facing recurring issues with the window motors on my Kia Sonet. One of the rear window motors was recently replaced, and I was informed that the part for the other rear window will take around a month to arrive. Now, the front window motor has also stopped working, which is quite frustrating.

This seems to be a serious quality issue, especially since, upon enquiry, I found that many other Kia Sonet owners are facing the same problem. I request your urgent attention and support in resolving this matter promptly, including checking for any recall or known defect

Car service To Kia service center

Extremely disappointed with Kia service (sheikh zayed branch). I paid full charges (AED666), yet my car was returned dirty — inside and outside — just like I gave it. I had informed them to clean specific stains, but they ignored everything. On top of that, they wrongly told me the battery was dead (even though I replaced it a month ago), then later changed their statement. Clearly, no proper checks were done. Completely unprofessional and careless staff. Not recommended at all.

Poor management
They sell a vehicle with missing floors mats. It comes after 2 months. They call customer to pick up. Us the customer having time for this. They should have delivered it. Poor management. A disappointment service. Like selling the vehicle in two part installment. After paying in full.

Never get a call back from Sales

I had registered 2 times for a quote and 3-4 times for Whatsapp call via messages and N number of direct call. only the front desk pick the call and said our sales representative would call me back, but till the time I have been waiting for a call back from sales and Kia. I am afraid of now, this is the service before sales and what will happen after-sales service and I am thinking to switch my Mind to MG or another brand.

Kia K5 Servicing issue

We had very disappointing and bad experience with their dealing, as we faced an issue with our Kia K5 2022 model for the second time , they took 2 days to find out the problem and still not resolved as the parts need to be changed and it will take 1 week as per the staff. We asked for a replacement car for one week and they can’t help us out. It’s a new car and they are responsible for any issue within the warranty period. Even when we desperately need reply they won’t even pick the call. I strongly won’t recommend KIA service center . Very unprofessional way dealing with customers.Even I don’t want to give a single star .
