Be careful with Kennedy

I am the owner last week I wrote review that many Item were missing and bed was broken in my Apartment after one week waiting for Kennedy Property they decide to give me 800 AED which nothing now the will only pay me back my money after 15 November because of there account. They have my other property I have no idea in what condition my apartment is in but I have given them my notice so for that apartment they also want to hold the rent + my 2500 AED work float money. so now I have no income and my property need to repair they don’t care. If you call there office in Dubai there is no answer there staff also don’t answer there mobile. I am writing these reviews again so other people will not fall for there tricks. Please be very care full with these people. I will let you all know if we have receive our money

Dishonest

We are renting our apartment through Kenndy property from last 1 year . I have just visited my apartment which was furnished by Kenndy property. I payed so much money I can believe how cheap quality furniture they bought which I paid so much money to Kenndy property I also found out that bed was broken Many items were missing. Now I ask them terminate our contract and refund my money which they can’t make any decision from last two days now it’s weekend so I have to wait while my unit is empty I can’t rent it or use it. Unfortunately Monday morning I have to bring this issue to authorities. It’s really sad the way they are treating me and my property
