WORST EXPERIENCE!

From the moment we arrived, the apartment was dirty despite them charging us 230 AED for cleaning and the bed sheets had to be changed twice because the first sets were unacceptable (full of hair or makeup). The mattress situation was an absolute nightmare. We were staying for a month, and the mattress was so bad it left us with serious back pain. Instead of actually fixing the problem, they kept messing around, insisting the mattress was “new.” When we checked ourselves, it turned out to be a fake, cheap topper not even a proper one. We had no choice but to buy our own topper just to be able to sleep, because they refused to help and were completely unresponsive.

Their customer service is nonexistent. Every issue we raised was ignored. They never answer, never follow up, and behave as if the guest is the problem. I have photos and screenshots documenting everything. Truly unprofessional.

To make things worse, our refund took THREE weeks, with absolutely no communication or responsibility from their side.
If you’re considering Kennedy Property, don’t. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.

Forte T2 Downtown Apartment

I got handover for my apartment in Forte Downtown and spent 20,000 aed on it to furnish it so nicely. Upon being approached by Kennedy Properties, they told me they will give me profit share with annual expected revenue to be 175k. I barely got 150k. Worse of all, when I ended my contract with them because they were not being fair about the profit split, they gave back the apartment in the worst condition. Furniture was mismatched and replaced with their other units, the washing machine drum was broken, the tv remote was lost, pest control was needed. And zero cooperation. I urge you guys to not go to them and rather do airbnb urself or find a long term client

SWINDLERS be aware

Rented out apartment for short term, 1 month, without viweing, bcz came from another country, on fotos in advertisment, apartment look pretty good and clean, i paid for 1 month,
Arrived at late evening with wife and small kid 2 years olf, very tired after long fly, and when came in apartment, did not saw that its dirty , wife only opened refrigerator, and said that its iced totally, ok on next day i checked apartment and it was really dirty, refrigerator was in ice, a lot of defects in apartment that we could not see at fotos, i sent them messege, asking if apartment was cleaned before, and ask about second access card for wife, also my parking plot was occupated, but they was silent bcz it was a weekend, sure i couldnot wait while weekend will end, sitting in a dirty apartment , wife cleaned it up and i am recovered refregirator, they answered only in 2 days)) promsed to make second card and resolve problem with parking, after 10 days, nothing didnot changed, looking on that not 1 my problems was not resolved, i wanted to make refund for next 2 weeks bcz its not comfortable to live in apartment with 1 accsses card, broken refregirator(bcz its still working bad) , also no light on the kitchen bcz all lamps old and broken, and with a lot of small defects and sime things to fix, they sais that cant make refund for next 2 weeks, and that apartment was fully inspected before chech in lol, i ent them fotos and video proof and ask if they are sure, they did not answered, only offered complimentary cleaning LOL, so guys be aware from this company, they are swindlers, who dont care even if you arriving with a small kid who needs cleannes, they dont know what is good service, they just need your money and then play for time, doin nothing/

Excellent Stay

We stayed in one of their managed properties in the marina for 6 months and had a fantastic stay. The checkin was really smooth and fast, much quicker than long term rentals. The operations staff were attentive to maintenance issues and everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly.

Worst experience ever

I rented an apartment from them for several months. They constantly raised the price. They responded to requests very slowly. The apartment is not fully equipped, at first they offered me to buy the missing little things myself, they promised to reimburse me at the end of the lease. in the end, they later said that the person who promised this was fired, that he had no right to promise and that they would not reimburse anything. The furniture was not assembled correctly (I assume on purpose) resulting in damage, but they wouldn’t listen and deducted the cost from the security deposit. The person who was supposed to handover the apartment simply did not show up at the appointed time; there was no way to wait for him. Management didn’t even apologize for their employee. After leaving, it is very difficult to communicate with them, they don’t answer emails, their attitude is terrible. Do not contact them under any circumstances. They write all the positive reviews themselves.

Be careful with Kennedy

I am the owner last week I wrote review that many Item were missing and bed was broken in my Apartment after one week waiting for Kennedy Property they decide to give me 800 AED which nothing now the will only pay me back my money after 15 November because of there account. They have my other property I have no idea in what condition my apartment is in but I have given them my notice so for that apartment they also want to hold the rent + my 2500 AED work float money. so now I have no income and my property need to repair they don’t care. If you call there office in Dubai there is no answer there staff also don’t answer there mobile. I am writing these reviews again so other people will not fall for there tricks. Please be very care full with these people. I will let you all know if we have receive our money

Dishonest

We are renting our apartment through Kenndy property from last 1 year . I have just visited my apartment which was furnished by Kenndy property. I payed so much money I can believe how cheap quality furniture they bought which I paid so much money to Kenndy property I also found out that bed was broken Many items were missing. Now I ask them terminate our contract and refund my money which they can’t make any decision from last two days now it’s weekend so I have to wait while my unit is empty I can’t rent it or use it. Unfortunately Monday morning I have to bring this issue to authorities. It’s really sad the way they are treating me and my property
