I visited BurJuman Clinic a few months ago for treatment of dark circles and black spots on my face. After undergoing laser treatment and following the prescribed medication from Dr. Naiyna Nangia, my skin condition has worsened instead of improving.
I have spent over 10,000 AED on this treatment, but unfortunately, the results have been completely unsatisfactory. I feel that my time and money have been wasted, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.

Chemical peel – face and legs
I went last May for a chemical peel. Dr. Maha, the dermatologist pressured me into paying for two session for a total of 8800 AED. After the session my skin got terrible burns on the legs and face. When I returned three weeks later for the second treatment, Dr. Maha made me wait for over an hour and then when i complained about the scars, she took pictures and didn’t provide any solutions. I left without getting the second treatment and asked for a refund. At that point, they told me there was no refund and after months of fighting agreed to pay back 2200 AED (a fraction of what I paid) even though there treatment was terrible and caused me more scarring. Even though they agreed to pay me 2200AED, I have yet to recieve the money. Kaya Clinic is a complete fraud, Maha is incompetent, and the whole business is dangerous and terrible.
I had the worst experience. I paid my sessions on a package in advance, and for the past 3 months they are delaying my appointment and not attending any of the calls or messages, very disappointing
I paid for multiple sessions at kaya. They had a change in management at JBR and the new team refused to honour the agreement. More than 30 sessions still pending at Kaya, on which they have stopped responding
Had taken treatment from Kaya (Mirdif city center- the worst experience of my life) lately with a spend of whooping 5000 aed and was promised multiple things at the time of treatment but none came true. I went back to Kaya and told them, they had nothing to say but to argue… and arguing with them is pointless, so I complained online on their website with high hopes that my voice would be heard. But all in vain, my pleas fell on deaf ears, and every time all I got was fake promises/assurance and no further step was taken.
I am extremely disappointed with the indifferent attitude of Kaya towards its customers.
Besides this, I had taken one package from Kaya a few years back and my 2-3 sittings were remaining which I wanted to claim now, but all they had to say was that those sittings were very old and had been canceled/nullified by Kaya now.
I was stunned/shocked listening to that.
It is so disappointing to say that their standards have fallen drastically, and we literally have to argue with them to make them see our point of view. Sorry to say, Kaya is not in good hands now and is being managed very badly.
Kaya People in Mirdif are non-cooperative and do not stick to their words. They are not customer-centric, what they do is trap the customer with tall talks, rob their pocket, and do not deliver what is promised.
Have been client of jaya for over 25 years , having spent thousands of dirhams, can say confidently I have one of the biggest files there. Of late I have noticed standards have fallen drastically, have to argue with them to make them see our point . Have let them even keep my PENDING treatments and I refuse to go back to their Towncenter branch . My loyalty to them ends here .it’s being managed very badly

I made my first appointment and was referred by wife who is permanent client of kaya. This was complimentary as u celebrate anniversary. I got 4 calls to confirm my appointment and I reached 30 minutes ahead of my Apointment of 4.30 till 5 no one informed that it is going to be late etc. I came all the way 20km away delayed my meetings. When I was leaving they went and. Heck doctor and suggested me alternate Apointment. This is unprofessional and I wasted my good two hours one at the clinic and another to commute which is vital as CEO of banking. I will put this into social media. Complimentary get less priority at Kaya. Clinic. Good that I ask at 5pm else I would have waited for long.
I have taken various facial treatments and laser sessions in last 5 years with Kaya and I am really happy with the results. The most amazing experience is the reliable advise by my preferred Doctor whose utmost priority is always the customer satisfaction/benefit. Also I would like to mention about the impressive and unique customer care by Kareema at Burjuman branch who always helps me with the booking slots and the post treatment call to find out if everything is okay.
