So yesterday was our anniversary, and my husband made a reservation at a restaurant. He specifically mentioned that it was a special occasion because our first pregnancy and it’s our anniversary. They agreed to give us a good place with the best view. However, when we called for directions the reservation she didn’t even know we are exactly located and which entrance we need to take , and they mentioned a valley as i cant walk for far , but when we arrived, there was no valley and we had to walk a lot, which was difficult for me . The place they gave us was very disappointing, and when we asked to speak to the owner, the receptionist was rude and refused to call him. We asked for the manager, Cyril, who was even ruder to my husband. She told him, “You are getting on my nerves.” We ended up leaving the restaurant, we missed our special day , and I had to request a wheelchair because the parking was far from the cafe. The service was so poor that I can’t recommend it to anyone
