Stayed at the 31st floor and our room AC was not working properly, called front desk to inform them but still took a long while before we got moved to a different room. It was still a great stay but it just very unfortunate.

10/10 for me
Best stay, best sleep and best attentive staff. Stayed here with the family and all I can say is 10/10, always the best stay with Marriott. Fave part was Kitchen 6, the pool area and they gave us free cake in our room because we mentioned it was our mom’s birthday.

The AC is not sufficient enough for the top floor
We we offered to upgrade to a suite with extraordinary views after all the views are why we were here. The experience was absolutely miserable!! The air condition could not cool 67th floor room. This room should not have been an option for hotel guest to utilize. The manager gave us a 50% discount from the upgraded amount but they should have offered a 100% discount of the upgrade cost. I am not pleased with my experience and will never stay at this Marriott again! Additionally, the elevator is always a minimum of a five minute wait. I will say that the service and the breakfast was great, the property is ok but the experience was horrible!!
