Regarding our meal on Friday the 30th of June .

It has always been great at Jones the Grocer,

I would like to bring to your notice that the quality has gone done terribly at your Dubai Mall restaurant. On Friday the 30th we had gone for lunch. My daughter ordered a soup before her meal and I ordered a cranberry, brie baguette which has a salad at the side. it was extremely disgusting to see that there was mould, fungus on my daughter’s slice of bread and my salad was full of rotten leaves which I did bring to our server’s notice. The manager just came and apologised. Please pull your socks up or you guys would have great trouble if it was somebody else. They would have brought the roof down.
Please check with Mariam our server who was very nice and the manager who seemed like it was okay to dish out a horrendous meal to us. I even asked your manager if your chef was asleep. Please look into the matter it’s bad for your restaurant.
