Dirty restaurant due to extreme pet friendly rules

Horrible breakfast experience. Usually, the croissant were good, but today, they delivered croissants from yesterday. The service is very slow, and they forgot one part of the order. The worst is that this restaurant is disgusting. They want to be pet friendly, and they allow dogs to sit on sofas (yes, they allow! I complained, and they answered it’s pet friendly). If you find disgusting to sit in the pee of dogs, choose another restaurant.
