Charged wrongly for a upper and lower jaw cleanup.
Had gone to them for a cleanup today based on a whatsapp quote of 250 aed by their reception. Upon reaching was waiting for 10 mins in the waiting area and no indication from the receptionist of any changes in the charges. Once inside and on the dentists chair suddenly the receptionist came upto me and asked me to sign an estimate of 500 aed. This was done without the dentist checking me so there was no reason for the estimate to go up by 250 aed. After the treatment they made me sign the estimate for 500 aed before exiting the treatment room. Once outside I was charged 500 aed instead of the 250 aed that they had quoted over whatsapp for the treatment. Upon asking why the 💯 % increase in the charges they said that you were given a deep clean instead of a regular clean up. This is absolute hogwash and the cleanup was a normal one. Am totally disappointed by this fraudulent behaviour and absolute low way of cheating a client, would not recommend this clinic to anybody else and request people to please stay away.
