The car swap was horrible

Aside from the fact that the car stinks inside, is dirty, and has no radio (or at least it doesn’t work), it’s a disgrace. I demand that the car be exchanged for a decent Nissan Sunny. I expect a prompt reply. I will also send you the gas receipt, which I will pay immediately (if I even make it to the gas station, since the tank is almost empty).

Fraud on name of dealer you choose.

This rental company completely failed to honor my reservation. Instead of providing the car from the dealer shown on my booking , they claimed it wasn’t available and forced me to rent from another dealer . They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and left me stranded along with my family which includes a 3 year old kid with no other option. I was supposed to meet my parents and friends and needed car in time. They wasted my whole day.This was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I would never trust them again—avoid at all costs!

I have been renting with them for more than a year honestly I haven’t had any issue and I used to recommend everyone to use them.
Until they photoshopped my signature on a document I never saw or never happened to exist just when I asked them to provide me a proof of why I was charged for fuel even though I was never before and I gave it back like same level having to experience this as I have rented more than 3 cars with them.
When I demanded my copy they said that this is a one time copy.
Completely shady and I will never let it go.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!

Do not rent with Invygo, they have the worst customer service ever !
For more than a year I am renting a car with them, I never had any issue until today.

I’ve had traffic fines back in September and December 2023, which I have paid through the Dubai Police app. For months they are trying to charge me for those fines which I have already paid because their incompetent finance team isn’t doing its job ! Why trying to charge me for something that I have already paid ? Doesn’t make sense right ? Maybe they thought I was stupid enough to pay the fines 2 times 😂 too bad for them I’m a smart person.

So today, 23rd April, I have received multiple calls from them regarding the fines, I have explained the situation a hundred times but those INCOMPETENT customer service agents didn’t want to understand it, they said I had to send the proof of those payments, but guys isn’t it the job of an account to check if he had issue a payment ? if there isn’t any payment done from their side it means it has been paid somehow. Before sending reminders and trying to charge a customer, that’s the finance team’s job to check if the payment has been made.

Anyway, today after work I go to the car and surprise, they disconnected it 😂 so they disconnected a car for « unpaid fines » which I have paid months ago, isn’t it crazy ?

Also 2 different customer service agent hang up the phone on me, is that a professional way to deal with a customer ? I don’t think so… Shame on Invygo team !

Do Not Rent From Them

Ready to take action against them. Send me an email/msg if you have issues with this company. The lawyer says the more reports, the better.

Really bad my experience this time.
I rent a car by the picture and they deliver other one. The problem was that the dealer doesn’t have that car. They were promoting cars that they don’t have at all in stock. I gave them many different options to change my car, like replace it for another and I can pay the difference, or some option cheaper than that one, but they hold me by useless emails for the hole month. Incredible to have this horrible service in dubai. I hope you never experience this. Still not solve the problem, but of course I pay it. Btw: for the inconvenience they gave me AED 50. The price of the car is AED 2450 😂 a bad joke.

They told me the car must have the same features that they promote. Doesn’t matter the colour. Guess what?. In my next car one of the features says: Keyless entry. The car doesn’t have it and I claim for it. They reply other things, they copy always the same email and their excuse is: You gave back the car. So it’s done. And they said: It’s your fault because you must check it. So for them it’s fine to give you any car. Terrible experience.

About 2 weeks into my rental with Invygo I received a notification from them saying I had been charged for a traffic fine that took place 2 days before I took control of the car. I raised it with customer service over email and they said they would raise a ticket but then I heard nothing for another week when I spoke to them on the website. They again said they would raise a ticket but refused to refund me despite the fine happening before I even had the car. Even if they do ultimately refund me this feels very shady and I will absolutely not be using Invygo again and wouldnt recommend that anyone else did in case they try to take money from your account without warning or reason.

Deducted without any notice

I recently had a disappointing experience with invygo deducted without any notice or receipt. We had returned the car back in April, so it came as a surprise when the company deducted the money in November without providing any acknowledgment or official copy.

The lack of transparency and poor customer service is truly disheartening. Despite raising the issue via email, the company’s response was unsatisfactory and left us feeling frustrated.

I strongly believe that customers should be notified prior to any deductions from their account, and proper documentation should be provided as proof. Unfortunately, invygo company failed to deliver on these basic principles, leaving me extremely dissatisfied with their services.

I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company. The lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns are clear indicators that their services are not up to par. It’s important to have a trust-based relationship with any business, and this experience has certainly shaken my trust in this particular rent-a-car company.

I hope that the company takes the necessary steps to rectify this situation by providing a proper receipt or acknowledgment copy and improving their customer service.

They give you in contract 2500km but calculate 1000km per month

After a few days I submit back my rental car , they automatically deducted 230SAR from my credit card without any information. When I check I learn that their agency claimed that I had damage on the left door which is not correct as when I deliver back the car they didn’t mention anything, didn’t indicate on the submittal document, didn’t have an evidence such as stamped photo, etc. I have been in contact with Invygo for the past 3 months and they didn’t solve my problem instead asking me to contact directly with their supplier. This is totally an unprofessional approach and totally illegal. With their approach, any charge raised by their suppliers out of their mind without any evidence/proof are directly charged back to their customers. They trust their suppliers more than their customers even though I have been using their cars for the past 1.5 years. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company or if you work with them get ready to try to reach to their customer services for hours and get ready to have additional illegal charges out of their mind!!! I am reporting this act to Police and Nazaha for deeper investigation and will take legal actions so that they will not be able to scam other people again in similar way!!!

A Rollercoaster of Service: From Delight to Disappointment

I was initially overjoyed with the service provided by Invygo. Almost three years ago, I was impressed by their prompt response, assistance, and genuine care for their customers. However, as time passed, my experience with the company took an unexpected turn, leaving me both frustrated and deeply disappointed.
In the beginning, I couldn’t have been happier with the level of service I received. Their team went above and beyond to address my concerns, ensuring every interaction was smooth and satisfactory. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and this commitment initially earned my trust and loyalty.

Fast forward to the present, and my opinion of [Company Name] has drastically changed. After buying my car, I had to return the rented car I had driven for almost 2.5 years since April 2023. my total bill for the car was over 50K, and as I received my new car before ending my actual month with Invygo, I have a balance of AED 516. I asked for a refund, and they refused; I understand the company’s policies and rules, but I also understand that a loyal customer who stayed with them for over two years deserves a bit of flexibility.

Now I am asking you to return the money for me as even if for any reason I had to rent a car, it won’t be more than a week, and Invygo has only monthly subscriptions.

I requested someone to call me, and they are refusing.

In conclusion, while I once highly regarded Invygo for their exceptional service, I can no longer recommend them with the same enthusiasm. The drastic shift from an attentive and caring approach to dismissing customer concerns and refusing refunds is deeply disappointing, especially after being a customer for almost 2.5 years; I would’ve bought my car two years ago with the money I paid, but their customer service kept me with them.

Two months after my booking they withdraw over 2.000 on charges for extra mileage despite NOT HAVING ANY INFORMATION available on exceeded mileage at the time of booking and returning the car! If we rented directly from their supplier we would be working the limit but Invygo puts lower limits. Absolutely unethical practice. And more so, the charge came 2 months later after they signed off receiving the car! Incredibly poor practice! AVOID AT ALL MEANS

Unprofessional at his best

I have never seen a compagny with such careless customer service. The customer service is so lousy that if you need any immediate help or anyone to do their job to help. It won’t happen. .it’s the second time I’m dealing with a very poor customer service when i needed immediate help, that they promised to help. But they didnt. If you get to use invygo, be prepared to have to spend hours over the phone, explaining your situation 10 times with no results, be prepared to send 1000messages over the app, just don’t get any problem that’s the best. . Because they will not help or it will be so slow that if your ‘eed are immediate you will be met down over and over. They aren’t efficient, they tell you that they will help but they will not. Basically use invygo if you are not in immediate need. And make sure not to need their customer service. They have put me twice I na very difficult situations. I only kept them because of the cars that are ok for the price, It’s the last month I’ll use them after that I’ll switch to another renter. This was hassle experience. This compagny would last one week in America. It might work in the uae. But such bad customer service would last one week in the us. No one can put up With such bad customer service.
