Absolute Scam Ruined Birthday Gift & Pathetic Support

Avoid this company! I ordered a birthday arrangement for my best friend, and the bouquet delivered was pathetic and under-filled. It was deeply embarrassing.
When I complained with photographic proof, they promised to check with quality control and then completely ignored me for 13 days. I had to chase them down myself, only to receive a generic rejection email claiming the flowers were correct. Their QC team is completely blind.
To insult me further, they offered a 15% voucher. Why would I spend more money with a scam company that refuses to fix an obvious mistake? Save your money. I am discouraging everyone I know from ever using them.

Scam – Avoid this company at all costs

IGP uae is a scam. They will take your moeny, charge extra for delivery. They will pretend to follow your order via their chat. There is always someone answering your messages, but dont be fooled, you will never receive your order. Avoid them at all cost!

The experience was a complete letdown. They confirmed my order, only to cancel it shortly after without any proper explanation. The worst part? They are refusing to process the refund immediately, even though they canceled the order themselves.

Now I’m stuck waiting for my money back while getting zero assistance or accountability from their customer service. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this site unless you enjoy wasting time and chasing your own money.

Worst customer service!!!

I had to recieve the packagae on 14th February. Its already been 24 hours I haven’t received. And i have been calling them again and again for cancellation. They don’t pick up the call unless you call them 5-10 times and that as well you need to wait for 10 minutes. And again even if they pick up the call they will ask you to send the mail which they donot respond at all.

Complete joke of the customer service!!! Stay far from this terrible company!

Avoid this company at all costs – they are a scam!

I placed an order, selected a delivery slot, and even paid extra for delivery. Yet, 24 hours later, my order still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service is a complete joke – they don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. The only way to reach them is by phone, and even then, you have to call five times and wait 10 minutes just to speak to someone. When they finally pick up, they just give empty promises, saying the delivery is on the way and that they’ll call back with updates. Of course, no one ever does.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. They are nothing but thieves!
