Customer Service and Support

I rarely review businesses but feel obliged to as it’s taken me 9 years to find a garage as good in Dubai. I took a car I was interested in buying in for a pre-inspection. The team were incredibly thorough and completely transparent to both me and the owner. The communication was excellent and they couldn’t do enough to support the decision process. To anyone buying a car, I highly recommend using iservice for a pre-inspection.

Following this I’ve had continued communication with Tim, who is incredibly personable and honest and has been helping me source a used car. I’ll be using iservice for anything car-related moving forward!
