I do not even know how to start.. I went to huqqa because of sooooo many positive recommendations but I really wonder if they were at the same place.. The waiter named Emrah came with the menue to our table and didn‘t stop talking. He almost forced us to buy the most expensive shisha even when we said that we like the ‚classic‘ one (which costs 159 dirham = 40€) he always went back to the premium shishas for over 100€. In the end we bought the classic one but after 5 minutes it tasted like coal because the tobacco was completly burnt. Emrah then said that it was our own fault because he told us that we should buy the premium one… how do you dare to say something like this? like really?!?!? then why do you sell this tobacco for 159!!!!!! dirham when it tastes like *** after 5 minutes? While paying with card he told us that we can give a tip of 10-30%. Actually we didn‘t want to give any tip but we thought it was rude not to give when he is directly asking for it. So we wanted to round up. But Emrah told us that this will be too few because of the charge of the bank… Then we really got fucked up so we gave him no tip at all and he only replied with a sarcastic ‚thank you very much‘. He didn’t give us his qr code for evaluation, like they do with guests that look like they will leave a lot of money there but I really want to share my real impression!! So we paid 254 dirham for one classic shisha which tasted like coal after 5 minutes, 2 coca cola und 1 turkish tea… never again! My worst experience in Dubai! All in all the positive social media fame and the begged reviews (and yes they beg for it but only to guests who leave lots of money there because these are the only ones that get appropriate service) are deceiving.

Attended here on the basis of family recommendation. We’re not shisha smokers usually but thought why not. We had to get 2 shishas because they said due to COVID me and and my husband cannot share!!! Turns out they’re liars as my family member had gone here during COVID and they didn’t have to do that. Ali is the biggest scam. He not only added extra to our bill/overcharged his service was poor, rude, arrogant and disgusting behaviour and damn right LIAR! we told him the specific classic shishas and price to which he said yes in the end he charged us an extra 300+ AED due to the flavours we had chosen bare in mind he suggested them to us when we asked them for the list of flavours available for this classic shisha. to which we spent over an hour disputing and still didn’t get resolved. He was still lying and I wonder how many people he has done this to. He even added tobacco to our shishas to which we didn’t even know about and only to find this out in the end on our bill. Disgusting behaviour and the worse thing is this company/managers were so unprofessional too. They thought they have given us a discount but in fact we still paid more than what we should have. So BE CAREFUL but I was would say AVOID!! Hidden costs/hidden agenda especially by Ali!!

Staff broke playe and cut wife ankle and did not day anything!
Had awful experience here. Staff broke a plate and CUT my wife ankle in the process from the broken piece. It was BLEEDING yet they did not say anything to her at all knowing she has cut herself and then eventually offered a plaster. 10 minutes to 15 mins after the ordeal they offered us complimentary tea to which we was not bothered about and a dessert that we did not want and did not have as we already spent £26 on a single dessert and was full. Dessert looked like SOIL. APPALLING customer service!!
