The 4th generation Cihan Bozacılar, born in 1986, continues to practice his ancestral, grandfather and father legacy profession, which he continued with his education life, full-time after his education life.

The milk and semolina halvah, which they have prepared for years, has become a Ramadan tradition in Bursa İnegöl, especially in Ramadan. We crowned our new branch, which has a unique concept, at the entrance of our historical bazaar, so that we can deliver our centuries-old delicacies, which are greatly appreciated by our beautiful İnegöl.

We started to serve our semolina halva, one of our centuries-old tastes, on ice cream in a bowl, hot. In a short time, it gained great popularity and interest. We opened our first branch in Bursa, upon the great interest of our guests who came to visit our İnegöl. Right after that, we started to open our branches in Ankara, Sakarya, İzmir, Balıkesir, Kütahya, İzmit, Çanakkale and İstanbul, respectively.

We started our journey with the motto "Helvaci Ali, Turkey's Halva Maker Since 1900, Today" by opening branches in Dubai, Skopje and many other cities in many different countries, in addition to our number of branches in nearly 50 cities in Turkey. We continue to deliver to larger masses day by day without sacrificing the taste and quality of the first day.
