Today, Chef Akmal Anuar embarks on a new chapter—Redefining Harummanis. Paying homage to his parents' enduring thirty-year legacy, he brings his contemporary take on traditional Malay recipes to a global audience. Harummanis is now proud to bring its authentic Singaporean flavors to Dubai, sharing its rich heritage with the world.
