Worst experience

I had a disappointing experience at Hair Talkz Salon. I went in for highlights and a haircut, but unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. The coloring was uneven and not what I had asked for, and the haircut felt rushed and poorly finished. I also felt that there was a lack of communication and professionalism during the service. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality and customer experience.

After booking an appointment 6 days in advance, I’d expect you to allocate sufficient time however it felt as if you rushed the whole hair cut process and finished within 8-10 min. I read the recent reviews on Google and noticed that several other clients had experienced the same. I don’t mind paying more (AED 200) if the service was up to par. But it wasn’t.

Also the lady blow drying hair seems to have NO knowledge on hair care.. she kept roasting my hair even after telling her several times to not to use so much heat. AT LEAST use a heat protection spray if such heat is required!!

Overall I’m not happy with the service… I’ll probably seek services from a different salon next time.
