GUSTO is the latest venture from Carlo Tinelli, former Director of Operations at Mine & Yours Group (Chic Nonna) and General Manager at L’Amo Bistro Del Mare. Drawing inspiration from Tinelli’s hometown of Milan, GUSTO blends casual sophistication with Italian culinary tradition. The name refers to carrying out an action with enjoyment and enthusiasm, and it has got us excited about what to expect from the restaurant.

Chef Paola Solano (formerly of Isola Dubai) offers a refined take on Italian favourites. From breakfast staples like Eggs Benedict and freshly baked viennoiserie, to signature plates including Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and basil, Spaghettone “Pastificio Mancini” in cacio e pepe sauce, and a classic Veal Cotoletta alla Milanese, the offering is both comforting and polished.
