I have been ordering from Grandiose every week for three years. The selection is good, delivery is fast, and the staff is friendly. However, customer service is a complete disaster. I received 80AED worth of melted ice cream. While I see the challenges of delivering ice cream they must take action to not deliver food that is not suitable for consumption. Reached out to [email protected] several times – no reaction at all, not even an auto-response. Very poor.

Products are never available.And when they are the packaging is horrendous.A full carton of Pepsi was sat on top of the bread,like serious??Not even my 6year old could do that.Contacted them for a replacement which they didn’t have and the customer person Sufyan was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my whole life,I think he thought he was speaking to his child or something.I either had to accept whatever replacement they were offering or a refund,like that fixes your mess huh I ordered a specific item because that’s what I wanted.This guy was very rude,unprofessional and a bully.I hope he loses his job and never finds another maybe he learns in life

Are you judging other people based on their looks?and cannot to buy groceries?your making ur own business to other people!! I hope ur doing ur job professionally !!!

Worst food and service in DIP branch. It’s so busy on Friday lunch time and the cafe staff can not cope with it. They can’t keep track of ordered food, they either rush it or forget it. They have no idea what they are doing. Many people complain and ask for refund, the staff just looks blank for all types of requests. I will not be getting food from here anymore.

I got a fresh chicken and it wasn’t fresh … unfortunately it was a not first time, back to the store asked to exchange to good one without horrible smell and I was told that bcz I bought 1 hour ago it’s got spoiled, unbelievable. It’s happened third time in grandiose stadium sports city. It’s not about money it’s about careless to my personal time and careless to customers. No apology from store manager. No customer service.

Luxury brands are great and I always go to Dubai to Zabeel branch in Dubai Mall almost every day to take food there and pick up my stuff but I stopped going now because of Moayed Diab I think he is the manager, I tried to talk to him twice and he was very rude to me and I also always see him talking to the staff in a way Totally inappropriate and embarrassing and it makes me feel bad. In 99% of the cases, the items at the cashier are at least 30% more expensive than the shelf price. It’s a rip off!!!!!! I live opposite Grandiose Jumeirah 2 and am always tempted because it is close. But it never misses. It happens ALL the time. They should be closed down for good!
