Gooder is a skater-owned, community-driven facility redefining what a skate space can be in the region. Built around a concrete indoor skatepark, Gooder brings together Habibi Skate Shop, Ollie’s Pizzeria, and DRVN café under one roof, blending skate culture, food, retail, and social space into a single ecosystem.

More than a destination, Gooder functions as a living platform, a pop-up venue, co-working environment, and warehouse for youth and creatives.
