Child treatment

Couple of days back..I visited Dr. Rishika Habibi with my 2 year old son..we had very bad experience..she was polite and friendly but even though we told her that the child has visited couple of times to the clinic and was cooperative..she said she wouldn’t treat the child without Nitrous oxide and not only that the machinery she used not upto the standard at all..there was no water in dental machine while performing the dental procedure..when asked she said she don’t need it..but actually the machine was not proper. She took more than an hour to perform a small procedure..more than 1hr of nitrous oxide on a 2 yr son.. dangerous..kindly let me know what action have you taken..

I waited for 1 hour and 15 mins from my of appointment of 6:15pm and my appointment was canceled. Reason vendor did not deliver the denture.

This is a total WASTE of my time and unprofessional of your vendor to be late on a schedule commitment.

They advice denture will come and i am willing to wait cause i alrwasy wastwd my time. But doctor bail out on me also which totally annoyed me.

Totally dissatisfied with your service today and expecting corrective action on this incident
