Dry pasta and sandwich

This is not the first time we’ve ordered at Gino’s, sad to say this will be our last.

Compared to our previous orders, now their pasta and sandwich are so dry (see photo fyr)

Old Food

I ordered a tuna sandwich, and unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from this restaurant. The quality was disappointing—old, not fresh, and cold upon arrival. The bread was overgrilled and unappetizing. If maintaining food quality is no longer a priority, it may be better to reconsider operating as a restaurant.

Waiting 90 minutes for cold, subpar food is unacceptable, especially when there are so many better options in Dubai. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Please take customer feedback seriously to improve your service and food quality.

Let me know if you’d like any further tweaks!
