Poor Customer Experience

I send my car for regular service to the dealership. the car spent 20 days in the dealership.
Service was completed in 1 day and the service advisor recommended I change the brakes which had 30% on them. I decided to change anyways to avoid further visits.
1. I have followed up 5 times and there were zero updates to me. despite putting reminders and asking for updates.
2. When I asked to talk to a manager, I was advised they do not have managers.
3. After almost 10 days, I discovered the work did not commend and they had to send the car to another branch.
4. I had to rent a cat for that period as the period was extended — the team shows little empathy or customer centricity — the only thing they were fast to send is the bill!

This is not the first, on previous occasion and due to a battery issue the car stayed over 40 days – I would never recommend the car or the dealer for sure. poor service at a premium price!

My Disappointing Experience with Gargash Pre-Owned Showroom Shocking Experience with Gargash Pre-Owned Showroom – Buyers Beware!

“Trust is everything when buying a car, especially under a big name like Gargash and Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, my recent purchase of a pre-owned G-Wagon G63 from Gargash Pre-Owned Showroom has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Here’s my Experince with trhem :
1. Misleading Information on Mileage
I was assured by the salesperson his name was Rafaat at Sheikh Zaid showroom Dubai that the car had 36,000 km, only to discover later from the documents that it had 57,000 km. Despite this disappointment revelation, I decided not to let it ruin the joy of owning my dream car and decided to go with the purshase as I already paid down payment 200,000 AED by that time.
Io received the car at night and sec day was public holiday so 48 hours and I brought it to top Germany expert Service center as at the showwoom they said they don’t do service contract or warranty and they recommended this service center as authorized center

Following Gargash’s own recommendation, I took the car to an authorized service center (German Expert) for the service contract and extended warranty. To my horror, the report revealed major issues, including engine oil leaks, differential oil leaks, and other serious faults with a repair estimate of AED 77,000.
Dismissive and Unprofessional Service
When I brought these issues to Gargash pre owned showroom manager Diaa , I was told they do not inspect or service pre-owned cars and sell them “as is.” The manager, shockingly, dismissed my concerns, saying I had signed the document and should accept the car in its current state so oviously I was talking to a person who didn’t even care you could see clearely that its hit and run deal , he got the money to reach his target and covered him self legaly under the clasue you sign *( sold as is ) they hid behind the “sold as is” clause, completely disregarding basic transparency and quality checks. It’s shocking that such practices happen under a 5-star showroom with the Mercedes-Benz name attached In Dubai

I purchased this car for AED 505,000 from a 5-star showroom under the Mercedes-Benz name. I trusted Gargash to uphold the reputation of transparency and quality associated with their brand. Instead, they prioritized making a sale over their customers’ trust and satisfaction.

This isn’t just about financial loss—it’s about the principle. I’m sharing my experience to warn others and urge Gargash to rethink how they treat customers and handle pre-owned vehicles.

More damage after repair

I brought the car to the A Qouz area and after 3 weeks I went to pick up the car. They repaired the damage, but all of a sudden the other side of the car was totally damaged! They claimed that it was already there, but the car had no other damage. The talelight was broken, heavy damages on the bumper and scratches everywhere. In the meanwhile they keep dodging me and there is no clear communication. Pay a little more and bring your car to a professional garage. This is low quality and your car will be damaged even more then before.

I have dropped my car in Gargash service center in Al Qouz Area for some repair last 2 weeks back. My car still under warranty. and till now all people I had met. No one of them could find the issue unfortunately. I was trying to call them just to check and to update me about my car. But they are not responding at all.
Never ever I have face this issue with any of other car distributors in UAE. Really it was Avery bad quality of service.

Perfect accident repair
