Mistakes are sometimes made. Real customer service manifests itself on how the vendor acts to resolve the issue. A Mistake was made in my booking where instead of a 9 seater I was given am 8 seater because it was from the same “group”.
This was for an extended rental covering the holiday period. Pick up was late in the evening and much as the counter staff tried to find a replacement, they couldn’t.
First thing next morning I called the head office to complain but to my surprise the person who answered the phone knew all the details of my issue whichbassured me that something was being done. During the day I kept receiving messages about the status and before noo. I was informed that by that evening I would receive the correct 9 seater that I had booked. So within 24 hours of collecting the wrong car, the correct car was delivered to my home. I know many people worked behind the scene to make this happen. Thank you Galadari team for saving our family holiday.

TCamhe galadari examiners have tricks and tactics during the test.
they will confuse you. for example.
in my case. during the round about i was at the speed of 22km and i took my foot from the race.
he shouted and said slow down. and from his side kept racing the car.
2nd exmple.
right before the round about. he will tell you to take the left.
very professional driver will not go to left and will take the right turn. but the beginner will always make the mistake and take the left.
3rd example.
he will keep talking. trying to prove you wrong. and will make you confuse

I’ve had some really terrible experiences with this school. Initially, I tried to ignore them, but as time went on, I faced numerous awful situations there. I don’t hold anything against the school itself, but the individuals I’ve dealt with have been truly terrible. I’m considering transferring my file to another school, but before I do that, I’m trying to seek help from any senior authorities at the RTA. Today, something really awful happened to me. I arrived at the school at 6:00 a.m. for a test. While there, I met someone in a similar situation to mine. He told me he was on his 6th attempt, repeatedly failing on the garage portion and not understanding where he was going wrong. Similarly, I’m having trouble with the angle part of the test. Out of all the parking tasks, only one remains uncleared, seemingly deliberately left pending so candidates keep trying for the last one.
Then, this guy went for his test. When he returned, he told me that the car had stopped working during the test. He was hesitant to take the car, but they changed it for him, and he passed. Next, it was my turn. I went for the test in the same car, but it wasn’t working—the sensor wasn’t reading properly. Additionally, the security guard misguidedly directed me. I assumed they would understand that the car wasn’t functioning properly, especially since my picture in the car had been replaced with a question mark. However, despite my attempts to explain that the car wasn’t working, they told me I had lost my chance and failed. I was so surprised and frustrated by their response.
Don’t every sit in the car if the monitor is not working properly.
Please don’t waste your money in Galadari driving school. Very rude instructors. You won’t get license. Only your pocket gets empty 💸

Hats off to Filipos, the most intimidating and impatient instructor at GMDC Al Qusais from Ethiopia. A word of caution for those considering applying for driving school: it’s advisable to avoid having him as your instructor. He tends to give a low rating of 2* in your driving and can be quite vocal in expressing his dissatisfaction. He exhibits impatience during classes, has a short temper, and comes across as insincere. It’s recommended not to place trust in this individual.

Nothing makes sense in this driving school, I am so disappointed of costumer service, also a lots of hidden payments, never pay any coin in advanced, it will get lost and if you do not present receipt its just gone. So difficult to book driving classes by call, you have to present in the office and push them to book the classes for you. Gap between classes and exam takes two or more weeks, even month.
Instructors are not professional and seems like they never get the same training as all explain one thing in a different way and it is against one rule to another, also some of them not even speak well in English. It was worst four months, waisted time. Only person I want to thank is Instructor —Qamar Shahzad Muhammad N 534— only professional in Galadari.

The branch manager, Mr. Mozaffar was very dishonest. I waited about 3 months for my car for which I had made 50% advance. Finally they bluntly told me that the car could not be delivered with no honest explanation.
