Don’t believe their claims of ‘unlimited classes and exams’ – it’s all just a ruse to extract more money from you. Once you have paid, you are stuck with no option to change schools. They will find ways to exploit you, and their customer care is non-existent. Save your money and sanity by looking elsewhere. The ‘unlimited package’ is just a trap to lock you in and drain your wallet. Be cautious and don’t fall for their false promises.

Blaming the student from the lapses of guiding the student.

The customer service representative just called after I wrote a review and made it worst by blaming me for not reaching out to their complaint section by calling them. What is the purpose of coming to their branches and kiosk and talk seek help from their employees who are there ?

I was actually hoping that finally they called to get na k up me and tell me that they have fixed my schedule for my every test but instead they just called worried about the review I left here.

Obviously you don’t care to assist or set things right with your clients and just worried of what people find out how bad is your service.

Unfair judgement only to give more retests and classes to make money

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the assessment of my recent driving tests conducted by one of your inspectors. To date, I have taken five driving tests, and I strongly believe that the evaluations have been inconsistent and unfair.

During my latest test, I performed confidently and adhered to all required protocols, even outperforming another candidate who was passed despite noticeable errors. Unfortunately, I was declared unsuccessful under circumstances that raise serious doubts about the inspector’s impartiality. Given the repeated discrepancies and the possibility of bias—whether based on nationality, ethnicity, or personal prejudice—I no longer have confidence in the fairness of the evaluation process at GalaDari Institute.

My journey with GMDC has truly been a roller coaster. I first opened my file back in 2017, and after five attempts — all unsuccessful — I eventually lost my job and had to leave the UAE and return to my home country.

It took some time, but I eventually regained the courage to try again. I reopened a new file last year, determined to give it another shot. After reaching my fourth and final trial, I realized something that had been bothering me all along: no one seemed to take the time to really understand the challenges students face. Despite being on a “limited” package, by that point I had already spent almost the same amount as an “unlimited” one.

That’s when I approached Ms. Manal Iqbal — and I have to say, she was incredibly helpful. She really took the time to listen, made herself present in the conversation, and showed genuine empathy. It’s people like her who make a company stand out.

I booked my final classes with Bahaa Mohamed, Ossama Bakry, and Jabbir Saidutty. Each of them was professional, patient, and maintained a calm and encouraging tone, which made a huge difference for me during a stressful time.

One thing I do feel needs attention is the front desk team — the staff who handle class bookings and assist students. I once tried to speak with one of them about my concerns, and I was told, quite bluntly, that they don’t have time to listen to every student because they already have thousands of them, and complaints are to be expected. It was disheartening to hear that, especially knowing that it’s the students who ultimately fund the salaries of the very people who aren’t willing to listen.

On a more positive note, I also want to appreciate Saifeldin Elsir, who guided me through my parking classes. He had a way of making the process feel easy and manageable, and his teaching style gave me the confidence I needed.

To be very short guys believe me SIKANDAR & NITIN MARKETING MANAGEMENT is a 100% scamming company who had a contract with Galadari (GMDC) earlier and now the contract has been terminated as per Galadari official sources. Last year this scamming company distributed so called loyalty cards for Aed 109 or Aed 149 at various venues in dubai especially outside shopping mall.
when you apply for the package that you choose, they will send once scammer acting as he is from GMDC and will collect Aed 1800 saying that it is for File opening, theory classes etc and will not give you the receipt (in my case it was guy named Ali 0543620304). He will ask you to get the eye test done on your expense and they will compensate the amount from the balance. After they when you try to contact them but they are not responding to calls or messages. In my case they is another scammer named Sachin 0545790794 who responded but he is acting as a coordinator saying that he will assign another point of contact for scheduling classes which does not happen.
I purchased the loyalty card last year in June 2024 however did not apply to lack of fund. I recently applied for this last week and got into this scam. A very strange thing is the scammer that collected Aed 1800 from me was speaking to someone on phone for opening an account in GBDC for which we even received SMS confirming the account opening at the same time along with the username and password to login to the official GMDC app on the mobile. I am surprised that if GMDC has already terminated the contract with this scamming company, how are these guys able to create account for GMDC’s official application.
I have reported this incident to the GMDC’s call center and they informed me that they are aware of this scam and requested me to visit the head office with all the details about the scam to able to help me further.

Informations about classes ,driving and courses are not fully and correctly communicated ,the preparation and test materials are full of mistakes which can lead you to fail your theoric exam .

The worst experience of my life

I have been going to galadari for the last year. I had only ten classes. Every single experience and call i recieved from this company only causes me stress and anxiety. They create problems that YOU as the client have to beg for the solutions. I stopped going for my mental health and every single class i book there has been problems. I have my final RTA exam on monday i have been waiting for ONE MONTH i told them i work during the week u need to do the exam on the weekend they never have openings they forced me to take time off my work for this, every single time i have had a class with a male instructor i have failed every ngle exam so i only take lessons from women, i booked a practice lesson before my RTA EXAM with a woman they called me two hours before that to tell me the instructor was not able to go they did not solve my issue they promised me i would get a lesson on the sunday and then called me to tell me they do not book on su days and then they told me that i have to pay the weekend feeFOR THAT. I asked them
For a reimbursement of my money and the service customer yelled at me and told me “there are people who have payed more money than you” when i told them the ridiculous ammount of money that i have spent on this entire year trying to get my license. She yelled at me saying that i should be more “understanding of the company and that is their rules” it is a company that only cares about your money they do not care about you. NEVER GO TO THIS SCHOOL I HAVE HAD SERIOUS PANIC ATTACKS THAT HAVE AFFECTED MY MENTAL HEALTH I HAVE CRIED OVER THE PHONE AND THEY JHAVE NEVER NOT ONCE HELPED ME THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE SO YOU FAIL ON PURPOSE AND KEEP SPENDING MONEY THEY DO NOT WANT TO REIMBURSE ANYTHING IT IS A SCAM AND THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. I had the journey of 8 months with Galadari.I could say its affordable. I got my classes and assessment smoothly without any delay. I had lost my time with parking assessment as it was too precise to be done and for the final test as it was from RTA instructor.
I would like to thank my Instructor(I had done classes with many)but Mr.Arslan Kiyani was too professional and teaches very well.If you receive an appreciation from him it means you are doing well.A big thanks to him as he was the one i could say the lucky teacher for my parking test and final.
I would like to thank Mr.Naseem Malik Saab who was very cool and teach the way touching the minor points to major when you appear for a final test.He himself has the teaching policy for each students and make you in the perfect way with confidence.

Worst 8 months and counting experience in getting my license

I enrolled December 31, 2023. It’s now August 17 and I still didn’t get my license. Yes I have failed multiple times. But the main reason of the delay is because of their schedule. April, May, June, didnt get any schedule. I got the next July 10. After that I spoke to multiple agents who keeps on promising a call back but never received one. I had a highly disappointing experience with Galadari Driving School and would never recommend them to anyone. The administrative processes are a nightmare. From scheduling classes to driving tests, everything is chaotic and poorly managed. Appointments are often delayed and they keep a long gap between one test to another test. You will forget all the points during the gap and have to book extra classes again.
Hidden Costs:
There are numerous hidden costs in a lump sum package that were not disclosed upfront. You end up paying much more than initially quoted for various fees and additional classes and tests.

I would say never ever enroll with Galadari Motor Driving. Worst customer service. An absolutely third class customer service. You guys take advance payment and leave the customers on their own. Your call center waiting period is too long, sometimes caller will get frustrated and hang the phone without even getting connected. The whole experience is pathetic and frustrating.

I have enrolled my son Shaunak, registered mobile no is 0585894836. Firstly the issue was about the rule of passing the mock theory test (having 640 questions) with 75% marks to appear for the RTA theory test. We didn’t want to continue, so my son had to go the Al Quoz office to apply for NOC. So, they immediately arranged the RTA theory test without clearing the “mock test with 75% marks”. Very next day, on 8th Jun, I paid AED 1,386 for 20 classes and I was promised to get a call back in 20 min for booking the drive sessions. They called one time, when my son missed the call, and that’s it. No call after that, we have to call multiple number of times to get through your call center. It’s absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience. I am going to complaint to the Dubai consumer court. Now I want to
unenroll my son and get the refund of AED 1,386, and they asked me to go the Al Quoz office again. Why don’t you cancel online when you can open the file online and even in the night also. You are troubling people. There are lots of worst reviews about your institute, which I didn’t see before enrolling my son.

My instructor fell asleep

For several months, I have had various experiences, even disappointing ones, with Galari Driving School, but today my instructor fell asleep during the lesson. I realized it when I stopped at a traffic light and heard him snoring. I turned around and he was lying there asleep. I took out my phone to record him, but I didn’t because I remembered that recording is prohibited in Dubai. He spent the entire drive using his phone without giving me any instructions, and on the way back, he spent most of the time sleeping. People say you have to pay them extra money to get their attention during the lessons, but honestly, today was the most disappointing class. I will avoid mentioning the personal hygiene issues.

He didn’t even notice the mistakes I made while driving. I was going fast because I wanted to get home; I was extremely uncomfortable with him. He told me he had another student and needed to drop me off at another location. He asked me to walk for a few minutes, but I kept driving to my stop instead of parking the car. I responded to him: “You spent half the drive on your phone and the other half asleep, and you arrived late to my class, so I don’t care if you’re late to your next class.

Today was my intial driving assessment test 4 th time. Everytime they make me fail due to minor mistakes. Eventhough I know I thought to learn from my mistakes. But today lady examiner name sohail she was bad attitude.. not instructing me turn right or left. If I go straight since no instruction from her, she ll ask me you don’t know to turn left even right.. without her instruction how can I turn. Her motive was to make me fail. So unwantedly ll touch my steering to make my confident low that I’m doing something wrong. Finally she was talking in mobile without giving instruction and showing hand like go right. Right is two scenario it can be right lane or turn right to the road. Thn she ll again control my wheel.. worst customer service and employee. Even supervision also not responsible.

I got one car from their marketing person near Sharjah and I took one promotion card for 109 aed he also informed me that if I want to return it ,it is possible but I will get 100 aed back ,went to alnahda carrefour then ,I spoke to one of his manager Ahmed ,he told me to pay 1400 aed to start the process ,but later I decide not to carry on ,when I ask my amount to be back that guy said it is not possible bcos they open our file ,but how come it’s possible as they did not provide any documents to me ,nor I signed the contract or any agreement ,it is really bad experience and I want to demand for a proper enquiry as I have all the details for both the person ,I want the Galadari management to call me so that I can explain them everything ,this marketing people is simply spoiling their goodwill in the market.

1. I want to mention a lady instructor named Maria Theresa in the Al qouz branch. She’s a disgusting lady asking for money to student and if you are a kabayan she will not teach you properly during your class instead she will tell a story about her boyfriend. A disgusting old woman who’s is scammer. I don’t know why Galadari accepting this kind of employees. Very unprofessional. Wasting the money and time of student.

2. Booking system this is the worst situation in Galadari every time you will book a class or assessment you need to take minimum 12 days. I registered last year August and until today I’m not get the my license. But take note if your instructor will help you. You just need to pay him extra money and he will make a way to get you slot. This is the business happening inside the Galadari. They can make a way but you need to pay.

3 the costumer care in counter especially there is one rude lady the Nepali please don’t go to her she can’t help you. She’s rude and useless. Don’t know how to interact to the client she will even raise her voice to you.

And to Galadari company paying money is not issue here for us student but atleast we need a good quality of training and professional people. Not like we are wasting time and money only.

Overall good experience

I did my theory test preparation and a couple of classes with Galadari. They opened my file and in general prepared all the information, submitted the credentials for the app for theory practice, online. I did not have to go to any branch to get this done. It was okay, although the process was not completely explained so I had to call a couple of times to clarify. In general, they were responsive both on Whatsapp and on the phone.

The branch experience was good. The instructors are very competent. I was perfectly prepared for my driving examination, which I passed in one attempt. I had been driving in the Middle East a few years already, so it was not hard.

I found in general the prices of all driving companies are similar. They are apparently fixed by the government. And doing this is mandatory, so there is not much to do.

I would recommend it as my process was smooth.

We all know how worst Galadari is but today I will also talk about Leam commercial Brokers who is owned by a Scammer Mohammad shaffiq.

So one day when I was walking Infront of Day to Day Abu shagarah and I came across one of their vouchers . I asked for their lump sum package but they lied to me to sell their regular package because saying u can give 3 tries in Smart hard test , assessment and and road test. I said my visa not from Dubai and they told me they will do file transfer for 1000 dhs which they reduced from 1500 dhs .and said your 5500 dhs with regular package. So I bought the voucher for and next day they picked my up from my house and we went to nearest brach Al nahda to open the file with them . The guy shaffiq told me to give 2500 for file transfer charges , file opening charges and eye test and told me to pay remaining money to galadary fo classes and everything. later I realised I paid 1600 dhs for file transfer and then it was too late.

Anyways I went for the regular package as the lump sum package was more than 9000dhs which out of my budget.

Then learning permit came after 2 weeks . I didn’t get the handbook,I started my theory classes and Galadari do not give much Information on theory classes to pass the RTA theory test which is why they tell you to go pay for theory Mock test which is 210 dhs . They don’t give you handbook and making theory classes shitty to make extra money from you for mock test.So I paid for all of them.

So ,After that they didn’t tell me book the classes . I also didn’t know the procedure. I called the customer service a week later . They told me they will call from the booking department which I didn’t heard from them. Then two weeks later I went to the main office and booked there and they gave me classes a week later .

So after I started my classes I got a shitty instructor named Khalid Siddique. I had 4 classes for two hours and he wasted more than half an hour doing nothing . He spent more 10-15 by going to pray in my class time.

Each class is half an hour , I booked 20 classes with him 4 classes a day each. He used to waste 10 -20 mins a day everyday.

Later i told to Change instructor for remaining 4 classes they booked the nearest one for me two weeks later .
I got another instructor but he also wasted time simply . In one class the car’s accelerator was not working and he brought the car back to the school and changed during my class time and 15-20 mins were wasted . Later , when I went to customer service for complaining , the lady told she’s sorry they can’t do anything.

So I booked the assessment test and went for it. the examiner asked if it was my first time . He gave me so much fails more than what i did . He told me to remove the car for angle parking . I NEVER REMOVED car from angle PARKING my Whole life and during assessment classes. and obviously I made error.
So I failed the test . When I went to book the classes they said the nearest one was 2 weeks later. I was frustrated .

Because whenever I was in galadari main qusais branch , it’s not like they didn’t have any cars or enough instructors. No it was quite opposite . There was bunch of number plated cars sitting iddle in the lot and instructor sitting idle & sleeping for hours in pray area.

At first, I thought this is how it is but later when hear from other people, unless you are in lump sum package which is more 8500 -9000+ dhs give or take for eye test , transportation etc.
They will get that much amount from you in regular package by contiously failing you and making you pay for classes and test until they can get minimum around 9000dhs from you.

They have customers who complained about Leam commercial and they still kept Leam commercial as a outsourcing third party. So it tells you something
So now I spent around 5200 dhs and I still didn’t clear my assessment test also .I have decided to change my file to Sharjah . Sadly I don’t have much money.

But what I want is justice of galadary and Leam commercial Brokers losing money and going bankrupt. Because then they will understand the True Pain of the customers who are scammed out of their hard earned money and Valuable time and patience.

This is not a rant from me but the True Evil of Galadary and Leam commercial brokers who will do anything to dupe customers out of their money.

It’s a bit too late for me now but Save Yourselves.

Spread Awareness so you your friends and family that they never go to galadary and Leam commercial broker for Driving license.

Recommend it to your worst enemy.

I owe my success to mam Sadaf as she is the only instructor who genuinely helped me to pass. She made me re do my mistakes several times until I made it correct. Before you make the payment they will promise you heaven but after i paid 9,000 plus i have to wait for more than a month to get my classes and after the classes you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get your test

The Phantom test and tuition from an instructor unable to communicate.

Paid for a direct test which the company informed me was booked for Tusday th 27th of February. Waited for over an hour and half before I was informed by the test centre there was no booking in my name. I also paid for a two hour refresher and it turned out the instructor couldn’t speak English. I have since been passed from department to department been given excuse after excuse, no apology and met nothing more than incompetence and unprofessionalism. Avoid at all costs!

Worst driving school and worst customer service. I have raised a complaint before but nothing has happened till now.
Today I went to book my parking classes and they said my account is locked. The reason is that in 2023, I attended classes two days late and I have to pay for it. And the reason for the delay is also the instructor. They did not inform this in advance and said it was their new curriculum. I registered in this school in 2022 and this happened in 2023 and now in 2024 because of their new circular they saying like this. If I know this fact I will inform it on the same day. As usual there was no responsible person for discuss this.
And for lumpsum students they give classes very late and have to wait more than two weeks for the next classes.
And for two days they changed my instructor at the last minute and that instructor didn’t have a car. In those two days, I wasted more than 15 minutes of my classes until he find a car.

If you ever want to join or thinking about joining galadari please don’t. Worst customer service. They only take money first before everything and make you run like a dog for every small thing. Worst maintained of server and the customer service people never call back. They will tell you all flexibility will be there during the file opening but there’s nothing and they’ll act like they don’t care once the payment is made. If you are considering going for unlimited package be wise to not join cause they’ll tell you can take class only in the main branch which is bull shit cause they will not tell you during the initial stage. I visited Galadari main branch at Al Qusais today to rebniew my permit after the parking test. I t was a really bad experience as there are couple of executives could not serve the customers very well. I’m an Indian and I’m kept waiting for more than 2 hours while they processed all the other people who were before me. I was waiting ateast they consider my ticket at the end but they simple shut their service before time and laughing at me saying time is up.

Lately I was devastated and furious why I enrolled myself in Galadari for my driving lesson. It was a big mistake. I had my lumsum package, and the the galadari has been making crazy changes on there policies for lumsum clients which are not accommodating. I personally had a very bed experience with Galadari Motor driving company.

First of all it is very hard to get an appointment date for any of the classes on phone. Plus there is no direct contact to book the test, you need to make payment and then wait for their call & the appointment you may get it is after 10 – 15 days, so there is lot of loss of time with this agency.

When you complain about anything or about unprofessional system to the customer service, they care less about the matter.

Fraudulent promotion

I was approached by a Galadari sales person with offer of unlimited trial package at unbeatable price of 4500 dirhams. I was asked to pay 109 dirhams as a loyality payment and was asked to come the next day to register and open file. But then I was told it was a single atempt package and I have to pay 8200 dirhams for the unlimited package. I do not know how this kind of scam is allowed in Dubai but stay away from this driving school and save yourself from a scam. Now I go back and read all the bad experiences other people had with this institution, I know I am not the only one.

The worst experience ever! It is not a driving school but the biggest SCAM!
They do not deserve even one star, rather 0 stars. All the “positive” comments are obviously fake.
I opened my file with this “school” in January 2023, as of now August 2023 I still do not have my drivers license.
1. Starting with theory test, I have not received any handbook or traffic rules. I had to do 8 elearnings which do not explain at all the traffic rules and laws. When requested from the representative, he sent me the file containing 2 images with traffic signs only and the comment “we will give you the mock test so you just memorize the answers for your theory test”. When I asked how am I supposed to come for my driving lessons without any knowledge of the rules the answer was “just ask your instructor”.
2. Upon the file opening I have been promised to be able to book the class at any time any day of the week except Sunday. In the reality the only time slot available was 15:30-17:30 on particular days and I had to book 2 weeks in advance as they had “no slots”
3. I’ve been promised the option of home pickup. “The instructor can come to your location and pick you up and you’ll drive around your area”. In reality when I called to book my classes they told me “you have to come to the RASHIDIYA metro station” which is not at all where I live. How it could be called “home pickup” in this case??
4. Every class, every single time instructors are being late at least 5 min, if you’ve paid for 2 hours class expect it to be not more than 1 h 45 min. They’ll ask you to go back to school and park 10 min before the end of the class, as the end of your class at 10:30 means someone else’s class already had began with the same instructor.
5. After you finish the driving classes, it’s necessary to complete the “initial driving assessment” the only purpose of which is to fail you and send you to more classes to get more money. Even if you’re driving without any major mistakes, at the end of the exam the examiner will grab your steering wheel or will apply brakes suddenly pretending it’s a “dangerous situation”. They had me fail this assessment for 5 times.
6. After you “successfully pass” your initial assessment from the 6th attempt you can now start the parking classes. The duration of the class is 2 hours, out of which you’ll be practicing the actual parking for approximately 45 minutes and the rest of the time you’ll be waiting for the parking slot to open as they have 3 cars per parking slot at least training at the same time.
7. Most probably the easiest part is the parking assessment as they can’t purposely fail you, all the cars have cameras and sensors and there’s no examiner in the car during the RTA parking test. I passed this one from the first attempt as there was nobody to make a fake mistake for me to fail.
8. The call center is completely useless, they do not solve any problems and can’t book any classes or tests. They tell you “booking department will call you in the next 24 hours to make the booking” and it never happens. You can’t book anything online either, so the only way is to book at the counter and you’ll have to wait at least an hour to do so. One time I have booked the test to come to the school and realize that nobody actually booked the test for me and I have to come another day.
When I raised a complaint the answer I got was “well you’ve been in the school long enough to know that if you didn’t receive the confirmation then you don’t have the booking, but alright I will raise a complaint for you”. After 3 days I received the message “your complaint have been resolved” without any action taken or communication.
9. Most of the instructors and examiners have poor level of English, they’re instructions are unclear, they’re unable to explain anything properly. Be ready that some of them will yell at you during class/exam especially, again to show that you’re “creating dangerous situation”.
I could write a lot more but the only conclusion is that IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOW ENERGY AND MONEY!!!

They have Extremely pathetic services. I registered couple of weeks back.
I started to take my lectures but that doesn’t play on App as well as on Google Chrome.
I called many times but no one responded.
I found personal number of a staff and call him and he simply replied “where did you get my number” and cut off the line without resolving my issue.
Now no one is there to listen us even after paying 75% of payment in one shot.

Honestly reviewing don’t go for their services.

Good experience driving from home

I recently registered with Ms. Jinymol Bose Thomas in alwarqaa and all I have experience was calmness and patience from her side. She’s really respected and helpful and most importantly she’s PATIENT. The first couple of days I was really bad at almost everything and she kept on telling me that I was doing okay for a beginner and that practice makes perfect. Holistically speaking, I have not experienced any rudeness nor delay in the time of session. Overall experience is amazing, but the location of the main office is difficult and is crowded with traffic.

This complain is really serious regarding my money refund. Galadari employee booked wrong classes for me and when i reported this in school they asked me to reschedule my classes which wasted my entire 2 weeks. then the booked my classes and made may pay again for booking which I already paid in initial stage. now, since last 2 months i am following up for the payment they are not taking it seriously and just delaying the matter. they are not even adjusting the money in my next booking of classes. this is a fraud this should not be done with anyone. we are enrolling in school for our driving license and are already paying a lot of money for that. Galadari has no right to take money from someone like that. this is high time i should get my problem solve. and also they are not coming on calls, how many time i will go there and ask them for this money?
i am a normal working girl, and i am simply asking to adjust this money in my next booking of classes. they are just wasting my time. please help me. this is so unprofessional.

I booked class along with pick up. Staff forget to inform the driver. When I called to check, I was informed that they will check with the driver and get back to me. I waited for more than 45 minutes then called the customer service. The CS executive directed the call to supervisor, supervisor further directed to the branch executive. The branch executive again didn’t give any constructive reply. Due to which I had to miss my class. From past two days I have been visiting their office to compensate the class but there is no response. Very disappointed.

Very Dissapointing Examiner – Nisha Sajeesh

I am extremely disappointed. It was my internal assessment test, and the Galadari examiner, a lady named Nisha Sajeesh, was incredibly arrogant towards me for no apparent reason. She insisted that I hadn’t performed the headcheck, even though I had done it while changing lanes. Furthermore, she provided a completely negative report, resulting in a failed test.

To get New Clients to register and join they offer false information about the rates and packages

They go to the extend of lying to new clients about the packages and offers, once you join you get to learn that you were sold a regular package and they claim that it was by a 3rd party, and there’s nothing they can do from their side. The fact is they are giving access to 3rd party team members to open and register new students therefore they are fully aware of what they are doing and it is simply a way for them to avoid taking responsibility since it’s easier to blame others once they have profited from the new registrations. My advise to anyone planning to join galadari is that you will be disappointed in the end there’s way better schools with better customer service.

very poor client service!

When I bought the unlimited package in Galadari in Dec 2022, I was said that most probably I will get my driving licence by end of January. But due to their keeping the client uninformed about essential points (how the exam should go, timing of booking exams, fines for late come to class etc) I still in May not got my licence. They promiss to call back for booking class/ exam and don’t call!! I remind them every day, but no results. I’m totally unsatisfied with such a horrible cleint service!! I paid them over AED 8500 (2,300 USD).

I had complaint that I had not taken classes they told it was booked and you have to pay now. I told even I clear the paymnet on cashier and they told no you should go to customer service again and cancel. No body told me that when I called the call center the complaint officer Mohamed Fahiz he was unpleasant man he told me over the phone that you are wrong who is using these words to the customers.
Very bad and very disappointing I will never suggest anyone to take addmissionthere and I will even stop my family and friends. Worst driving institute.

don’t trust this firm and never think to go to them for taking driving license. i had a sour experience as the guy who sits in galadari booking center wrongly booked my classes in different location while he was paying attention in mobile watsup and not listening to me. i was not aware and went for the class in file opened location and class was on al qooz instead of al qusais. they told me not to pay next class fee and it will be reimbursed. all this happened on 27th October 2022 and until today 09th March 2023 that amount not reimbursed after multiple mails and worse thing is i cant book my RTA test due to that. Such a fake team and irresponsible people sitting on their customer service.

Guys my advice for anyone is not to waste their money and time in enrolling at galadari motors driving institute. If you do, you will do be frustrated especially during the assessment test. Sharing my experience for second time…
1.After waiting for long 1.5 weeks I got my parking classes from 6pm -7 pm, when I checked with the instructor he informed that he is in leave and asked to go to operations room no:16 and inform.So I gone and inform and they arrange one instructor by 6.15 pm.After going to parking sessions it was that much crowded and wait for a long time for getting angle parking,garage parking and parallel parking.I had got only one chance for each parking because of the crowd and the instructor want to leave by 7 pm where I got totally 20-25 minutes for parking class which is not free for parking class.I had done payment and got maximum 25 minutes and that’s for parking class.
2.My galadari parking test time was at 11.30 pm but they asked me to come by 7pm so that I can finish and go early.So from 7 pm I was waiting and by 8.15 pm I gone to the instructor who is taking my test so he got angry and his behavior was very rude because of which I was asked why I’m waiting this much time.
3.I failed for one of the test and I requested him to that much times for giving a second chance because I know very well I want to again make the payment and also I want to wait for a long time for getting the test and classes.
4.I informed him I didn’t get proper time for parking class because of galadari institute mistake so pls give a second chance but he told that it is not his concern that’s it.
5.For parking classes at backside especially from 6 pm onwards the yellow lines are invisible and we couldn’t able to rectify the spots which we want to do directions which definitely will fail us.

So if somebody can really help me if you’re really concerned about your customers pls it really will be helpful.

I have recently done my advance training course with Galadari driving institute. My experience was extremely satisfied. The trainers Mr. Kaiser and Shakib they both are good at what they do. I have been through the toughest situations during my training and the trainers where so cool and a calm they were focusing on me how I will find the way out when I will be in the situations alone. I am glad to share that gmdc is one the best driving centres in dubai, i was a beginner and attended 40 classes and today in the 2nd attempt i got my driving license. Though the environment is very friendly ,the staff is cooperative.
Above all I am thankful to my instructor Mr. Rafaqat Ali who taught me in a well organized way to deal with driving tactics.
He is one of the finest courteous and humble instructor.
His behaviour was extraordinary with me as a teacher/trainer.

The worst experience in my 20 years in Dubai

I can’t even give Galadari one star!! From the start they where dishonest and misleading. First we opened a file in the Marina office (10 April) and the officer on duty made sure we bought the package from him, because he said the people selling driver licenses are all thieves-his words. Then my son wrote his theory test on May 6, almost 1 month after he regsitered because this was the firts available according to the Galadari counter in Dubai Marina. (Which we learned later from the galadari main office, not to use, because they will not help with good timings and bookings, advise among the same company’s people),
My son received 93% for his theory test. Then the problems started. My son did his manual license and there was no classes available to book. We only got the first class after three weeks, 24 May. This classes went on for a month with 4classes of 2hours per day, because the availability was so very little. The instructor also did not show because he had an accident, for which we had to book another class, also 3 weeks later because of availability. He finished 48 classes, and then again only 3 weeks later we got an appointment for yard assessment. Now we are already 3 months in the process. And after 48 classes and my son drives his own manual car in his home country, he failed the assessment. Which was an assessment of only 15munutes. Now we had to book another 8 classes, also only after 3 weeks, because of availability. At this stage his driving permit expired and we had to renew it. I emphasize on the fact that the availability made this go on for so long. Then his second assesment test he also failed, this time the test was 25minutes with all other aspects tested than in the first one. Now another 4 classes needed to be booked and paid. Therefor after 56 classes he still can’t drive according to Galadari. At this stage the master instructor interfered as result of our question of long hours and no teaching, and the 3rd time my son passed. And this because we asked that after 27 hours in the car with instructors, he still can’t pass the assesment. It is insane. My son is an A+ candidate in Cambridge and he could already drive a manual car when he was small. He has his skipper license (without assistance needed) and is an advance diver. How can this be so impossible to complete. The instructor once fell asleep while my son was driving because he said that my son drive so good. But all along, the instructors were told to not teach all the necessary points. Because after 27hours teaching and an intelligent person still fail. Another problem he encounter was that when the assesment was done, only after the drive, the assessor did the survey. Therefor did not point out what he did wrong when it was done, during the drive. But only after they stopped. Why is this done, because even if no mistakes was made, still it was falsely accused and given as mistakes.
I say again, after 27 hours and still the instructors did not teach anything, because the test was failed.
My son is a well mannered and polite intelligent student, busy with his final exams.
This is distortion and rude bullying of an innocent young adult. It is not humain to treat decent people like this.
Tell us from the start that we have to pay more for better treatment. But to treat people like this whithout them knowing, and then even at the end we will pay more than the decent treatment price. We are not fools, please do not treat people as such.
This was not discussed at the start, so that we could know. A price was given to us by the Marina office and we unknowingly trusted it.
To all other who wish to book, book unlimited package, this we discovered later, and was never told initially. Then at least my poor son’s time would have been saved. I say again, the way my son was treated is not honest and not fair towards innocence. He is still busy after 4.5 months and hopefully this review will help others to be prepared and to act before being mislead.
We have 2 other children who need driving license, we will never enroll them with Galadari. Galadari is the worst to trust with your child’s confidence and so very poor for your child’s self esteem. Hopefully there are other driving license companies who know how to deal fair.

Worst ever experience ..
You are wasting time and money of the people.
You don’t respect your customers.
Your instructors are old fashion they don’t need job or they fed up with daily routine .
We feel Ghaladari became a political party as some people are controlling everything as we felt top to bottom every one has same attitude.
People sitting at reception are also showing attitude it feels like we are paying to you to be punished.
Call center team gives different information actually when you visit office they advise differently
You dont have classes at regular basis which really kills customers.. you need to make sure every customer who is failing shall get next class max in 3 days.
We tried converting package at initial assessment stage where we paid already 40 classes , when we asked conversion to lumpsum you offered 8000 however Excellence has offered 6300 so we transferred file there
Transport staff (drivers) are so rude and disrespect to customers. They ask customer to come on stop 30 mins before they come and keep saying 5 mins mins ..
They dont support anyone if someone is late
Just are making money and nothing else.

First suggestion: close the shop pls pls
2nd suggestion: change 50% of hierarchy and hire fresh blood who needs job and train them as per todays market needs.

Availability of manual transmission classes and tests

The learning permit is issued for 3 months. But galadari doesn’t have enought manual transmission cars so that booking to finish license, could even possibly be done in this time. Classes can only be booked after 3 weeks when theory test is finished (passed on first attempt). Then this glasses are booked over a month because you can’t fit in more classes because of availability of instructors. And these I booked for 2hour (4 classes) at once, maximum classes at one time. And galadari instructor cancelled one class because the car was in an accident. Then only after last class is finish then you can book for initial driving assessment, also only available after 3 weeks. Now the 3month RTA permit expired. And I need to buy a new permit.This is because of galadari not having enough manual cats to see the student through.
I also did not receive a call back after 3 days of promises from the operator.

Fast registration

This driving center has the fastest registration ever. I wanted to book for the car driving course so I decided to contact them, they provided me with the instructions regarding the registration. Half an hour and my driving course details were ready along with the registration number and the timings of the sessions as well!
