Awful Quality

Ordered 3 fruit platters for delivery on 31 December 2023. Delivery was on time. However fruit was awful. Management response was vague with no follow up at all. Had ordered multiple times before with an excellent result, however have lost total confidence in their quality and freshness (see screenshots)
