Yesterday I went to Al quoz formula tyres to fix the vibration of tyres and they said you have to balance the wheel and while they try to remove tyres they broke my lock nut key & and couldn’t remove 1 tyre.
After they told me you have to put washer for tyre and they give me price AED 500 for washers and to change nuts 300 and i tried to search for tyre washers outside and there is nothing like that. ( they didn’t give me the original name) and since I didn’t have any options left we agreed for 700, and today I was going through their website and tada! There it is
Hub Ring – AED 250 Wheel nut – AED 13
So i called Sajid (heard a lot about him ) Told him this and this happened, and his response was i gave you time and you couldn’t find it outside, so i will charge 500 maybe 1 million. Being very rude.
Ps: i got the price from some vender outside today and the lugnuts were 1.5 dirhams and if you want lock nut 5 for aed 15. And wheel hub maybe 50 something
It would have done for max 200 (instead of 700) if i went somewhere reasonable.
