Designed by the renowned Architecture Studio, who have also created prestigious buildings such as the European Parliament in Strasbourg and the Onassis Cultural Centre in Athens, we are Design Hotels™ first property in the Middle East.

Playful artworks add a contemporary feel to the public spaces, while our rooms are sleek and sophisticated with subtle style features. All of the installations and furnishings are custom-designed by skilled craftsmen ensuring each piece is finished to the highest standards.

On speaking of their partnership with FORM, Architecture Studio by Amar Sabehencapsulated their work by stating that “We designed a luxury space that aims to be more discreet and less showy.”

The timeless design of our hotel is influenced by our location in the historical Al Jaddaf District which surrounds Dubai Creek. The wooden beams that frame the large open restaurant and lobby areas on the ground floor are reflective of the framework of the traditional boats, or Dhows, which you can still see being handcrafted in the area.
