Shehbaz worst real estate!

They have the worst real estate guy!Mr shehbaz was very unprofessional,rude and disrespectful…we recived an appartment after him getting his commission that wasnt the same as pictures, we said its fine and passed it…then i asked about deep cleaning when recived the appartment it was in a really bad state with dust and balcony was full of bird p**p…he didnt show up and didnt assist us until he recived a warning of 50k AED then he decided to come and it wasnt us who complained and we had nothing to do with it….one day my husband was talking to him on the phone and he disrespectfuly said “listen to me or ill cut off the phone in your face and his attitude was horrible he just wants us to do all the work and the owner himself knows he not doing his job well!!! Very frustrated and dispointed because we payed his commission for nothing he didnt get any job done!!He didnt apologize after all of this.

Dear Landlord, beware!

Worst company ever. If you deal with them, you risk your apartment. They didn’t inform the tenant our formal refusal to renew the contract, and made us stuck with the tenant even without the annual increase that is mentioned in the law. Even people in RERA told us it’s something fishy.

I’m hereby sharing my experience, so no other landlord fall for them. They are dishonest, untrustworthy company and if you check the reviews you will realized that yourself.

The definition of untrustworthy agents, they scammed us and cost us a lot of money and trouble. We kept them managing our business and thought they were honest people, they deliberately didn’t follow our instructions for 6 months and when the time came for renewal we found out that they didn’t do anything that they promised were doing. And we lost a lot of money from it.

Wrost real estate agency.
More then 1 year now. M still waiting for 2.5% buy back by the manager itself. Mr. Joy banerjee. I took property in damac hills 2. These guys do fake promise dont believe them. Now they are not even bothered about replying emails or answering the calls. I have sent several msgs in past 1 year and called maybe million times. I kept patience for 1 year. Always used to hear the excuse under approval with management this that. They do fake promises. Even while buying unit i got several issues. They promised they have all the documents this that for mortgage but failed to provide any of them for atleast 4 months which delayed my process. Also they will fool you with buy back of 2.5% which they wont give you at all. Simply company of cheaters. Dont recommend at all

Terrible and Shocking Experience

Very Bad Experience. They made lot of false commitments and made our life misrable. Attitude and opinions looks like an expert in the field but don’t have any control. Until you do the payment, there will be a shower of sweet words. Once you do the payment, you are in trouble. People like Naseem are spoiling the market and company’s good will. Fortunately the developer returned my full money after 6 months that too after lots of email wars. Email and wattsapp proofs are readily available with me in case if some one wants to dispute.

Apartment rental – unprofessional agent, intention to cheat

The agent took the money for apartment booking and never paid to the landlord, on asking for receipt or communication with landlord, never connected with landlord or gave booking fees receipt.

After 20 days, informed that apartment rent has increased ( confirm that he did not paid the booking amount to landlord for more than 20 days ) and when I told to return the booking amount, he deposited the booking fees to landlord bank account, saying booking fees is non refundable, trying to force me to rent apartment at higher price and make the commission.

He only deposited 70percent of booking amount to landlord and kept 30percent with him and never informed about the same.
