Flying Elephant

Flying Elephant – Mystical Mixology Cocktail Bar in Dubai is a hidden gem nestled within Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. Inspired by the secretive charm of Bombay’s legendary aunty bars, this distinctive speakeasy-style lounge fuses mystery, theatre, and bold Indian influences, creating a nightlife destination unlike any other in the city.

Step beyond the ordinary and discover a bar where every detail is designed to surprise and delight. At the core of Flying Elephant is its signature concept—Mystical Mixology. This innovative approach to cocktail creation takes classic recipes and transforms them with Indian ingredients, flavours, and stories. From tamarind and jaggery to kokum and aromatic spices, each element is carefully chosen to evoke a sense of nostalgia while offering a fresh twist. Whether you’re indulging in a bold Old-Fashioned Delhi, a tangy Margarita with a kick, or a smoky Spiced Paloma, each drink offers a journey through taste, culture, and creativity.
