Big scam. Took my money, got no flowers and zero service. Wont answer their phones or emails. Been trying for weeks but cant get hold of anyone and they are not giving my funds back or even attempting to provide the arrangement ordered.

Awful experience! No respect to loyal customers! Did an order 1 day in advance 8th of March and delivery should be from 08 am till 05 pm, but nothing was delivered until 5 pm! I contact them, and they explained that there is some delay due to Holiday! 1 hour later I have received a message that they no longer have flowers which I have ordered and already paid. I have no other choice as to agree on it, not to be without flowers on Women’s Day! At 10 pm still nothing! As it almost night I no longer need the flowers, but they are not ready to give me refund! Honestly have never experienced such awful service before! If you have any important holiday or event, I will never recommend to use flowers.ae!
