disappointment and stress

⭐ Very poor experience — extremely disappointing customer service.

I ordered a birthday cake and flowers from Australia and confirmed the delivery date of 17 September 2026 before placing and paying for my order. Despite this, the order was not delivered on the agreed date.

I had to repeatedly contact them for updates. I was eventually told they could not find a driver for the delivery area and that it might be delivered days later. By then, the birthday surprise had already been completely missed.

I requested cancellation and a full refund, but the communication and response were extremely poor, and I had to keep following up.

I placed this order from Australia for a very special occasion and trusted their confirmation. They failed to provide the service I paid for and caused a lot of disappointment and stress.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience. The customer service and delivery handling need significant improvement.

Formal complaint regarding incorrect and Delayed Order

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order of flowers and cake. The items delivered were completely different from what I had selected and paid for. The flowers were sent in a different style and color than the one I ordered, and the cake was entirely different from what was advertised and confirmed.

In addition to the incorrect items, the order was delivered one day late, which was highly inconvenient. The level of customer service was very poor, and the telephone support was unprofessional and unhelpful.

Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend purchasing from this company.
