Got harassed by owner via private mobile number

I was a regular customer of this place. On 2nd April I placed an online order and the restaurant called me 35 minutes later to say they won’t deliver it, when it should have already arrived. Naturally, I left an honest review, but what followed utterly shocked me. I received a nasty whats app message to my private number by the owner who continued harassing me until I blocked him. Instead of offering an apology for not fulfilling the order, he called me “disgusting” and “banned” me from ordering from the restaurant again. He continued bullying me for leaving a review, I have never come across anything like this before. I am sure it is not even legal in the UAE to use private customer information to send nasty messages on behalf of a business.
