We paid for a specific flower arrangement and service, and what was delivered was completely unacceptable and fell far below what was promised. The actual flowers were in a condition that did not remotely match the expected standard.
What made the situation even worse was the way the company handled the complaint. Instead of properly refunding us for a service that was not delivered as agreed, they offered a discount on a future order — essentially asking us to spend more money with them after they had already failed us.
We have photos, videos, and screenshots documenting the flowers we received and the company’s response.
I would strongly recommend potential customers look carefully at the quality of service and, more importantly, how complaints are handled before placing an order.
Ordered a ‘Peach and pink rose luxury flower box’ for 229AED + add on card for 15AED. Paid 289AED with Delivery charges for same day delivery.
Received the item in the evening with dry looking flowers, petal browning and browning in some parts of the other buds. The add on card is ‘best wishes’, there was no option during the ordering process to indicate type of card, so expectation was a general card.
Complained in whatsapp on the cheap quality of the flowers, agent offered 39AED delivery charges refund and 18% discount on the next order. (as if there’s a chance that you will order with them again). After 21min, closed the ticket.
The flowers have gotten worst in the morning and cannot be used for gifting. Raised the complaint again in the morning and requested a refund. The Agent was nice enough to offer a replacement of flower box, which I accepted and requested also a replacement of ‘best wishes’ greeting card with a ‘birthday’ card.
Flower box arrived with some petal browning and couple of the flowers with blank ink. The replacement greeting card is a ‘best wishes’ card.
In the end, the flower box and the card still cannot be used for gifting. 289AED wasted.

I had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I prefer not to write reviews but because of their unprofessional behavior, I wanted to make sure to warn people. There were extremely late and expected us to just wait for the delivery to arrive. No communication or updates were being provided. The order was not delivered until 3 days after valentine’s day and after almost 50 WhatsApp messages, emails and phone call. Further more the wrong product was delivered in addition to bad quality flowers. After I had complained about the product, I was told the product was out of stock which happens to still be on sale on their website. Paid a higher price for product and express delivery. They absolutely ruined this special day and we were highly disappointed with their handling of the situation. Never use this company again.

FNP said that their driver has delivered. They havent and they provided no evidence that they had delivered other than an email 30 minutes after the delivery slot(which incidentally would have been later than the slot they were guaranteeing).
When you reach out on customer service via WhatsApp, they respond when they want and reset after 30 minutes so you have to start all over again. Nothing resolved despite trying for days and appalling disregard of customers. Had to buy another cake instead from a restaurant. This place is a liability and arrogant despite their incompetence.

I am highly disappointed with FNP, I placed an order for April 17 which was accepted but not delivered, they refunded the money to my FNP account as FNP cash only for a day and then reversed it back. I followed up regularly with them requesting them to refund the money to the original source but until today despite multiple follow ups no refund it’s more almost 3 months today. I will never ever use FNP service and warn others from using FNP service..pathetic.. Ferns N Petals is absolutely horrible! I placed an order on the 13th for a Valentine’s Day delivery on the 14th, but nothing was delivered. When I tried following up, no one answered the phone, and my texts were completely ignored. I received no updates, and then, on the morning of the 15th, I got a message saying the order was “on the way”! It’s a complete joke. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I highly recommend you avoid them and choose another service. These guys are a scam!
This company completely ruined my Valentine’s Day. They promised delivery between 6 AM and 5 PM. I waited the entire day, even went to work early so I could receive the flowers. At 6 PM—AFTER their promised time—a delivery guy finally called, asking for my location. Since I had already left the office, which like 1hour late .I gave him my home address, but he refused to deliver there. I PAID for these flowers, and I expect a FULL refund immediately. This is unacceptable, and I demand an apology and my money back. Avoid this company if you value your time and money!

The worst customer experience ever, If there was a -100 rating I would go for it.
Very disrespectful attitude towards customers, ordered an apology gift and it was delayed due to incompetent delivery , and to add insult to the injury they sent a delevery complete confirmation 2 hours before delivering which but me in an awkward situation thinking that my gift reached already . All due to the carelessness and unshaneful attitude of the delivery worker. Andbwhen contacted the customer service they made it even worse and only offered a delivery fees refund , as if people s occasions were meaningless.

I do not live in UAE, and wanted to send flowers to a loved one in Dubai for their special birthday.

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Fern N Petals. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Vancouver for her birthday. The company charges a hefty price for the selected bouquet and adds a separate delivery fee. However, when the flowers were delivered, they were completely different and inferior to what was promised. I immediately provided them with the original and delivered the bouquet pictures as proof.
Their response was shockingly unprofessional. They offered to send a replacement bouquet, but only after a week had passed. They suddenly changed their stance when I requested a credit note or refund to use in the future. Instead of honouring their offer, they offered a mere 20% discount on the next domestic order. I reluctantly agreed, but they then closed the case entirely, stating nothing more could be done.
This company’s behaviour is unacceptable, and I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. They fail to deliver on their promises, refuse to take accountability, and offer misleading solutions that they later retract. Consider this a serious warning before placing any orders with Fern N Petals.

Don’t fall for this company, worst customer service I’ve experienced in Dubai. They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don’t even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. Also they even delivered to a wrong address and when I messaged to complain my delivery was not with me they said they would deliver after another hr. I recently experienced a significant letdown with Fern and Petals. My order #2475522, placed with specific instructions for delivery between 5 and 6 pm to maintain the surprise element, was disappointingly handled. Not only was the delivery made late at 6:42 pm, but it was also delivered to the wrong person.
The entire purpose of my order was to create a surprise, which was completely ruined due to an avoidable error – the misrecording of “Loft Towers” as “Lost Towers,” despite my repeated clarifications. This mistake reflects poorly on the quality of service and attention to detail, which I had not expected from a company I’ve been loyal to for three years.
Such a lapse in service quality and staff training is unacceptable and has considerably diminished my trust in Fern and Petals. I hope this feedback prompts a re-evaluation of your service standards and staff training protocols.
Poor service experience – I ordered two identical gifts for my colleague in Ohio. Unfortunately, only one arrived last week, and since then, I’ve been reaching out to the teams in India and the UAE for updates. Despite daily follow-ups, they consistently provide false information, assuring that the second gift will be delivered today. With Christmas approaching, it seems unlikely that the gifts will arrive on time. Additionally, one chocolate was stolen from the first box, and the packing was subpar. The bakery workers are very incompetent and one of the agents on the phone actually told me that the cake they sent was better than what i asked for. Don’t do it… I asked to speak to a manager almost 20 hours ago, but no one responded. I spoke to these people over a two-day time period about a cake that was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 12 on the 18th of June. I honestly spoke to 10 people about a simple cake they overcharged me for and did not get it correct, but the wildest part was the cake arrived a 9 PM on Father’s Day after we had people over, and the cake was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 12 noon. I found out a 2 pm that the cake was not coming at 12 noon, and they supposedly put it on the truck to be delivered from 3 until 8 pm ( So I’m Pisses) because it was supposed to be a surprise. At 6 pm, my daughter calls and asks my Husband, ” How did he like his Father’s Day cake” and my husband replies, “What cake”. I call again and they said it was on the truck and it will be there. (Freaking liers) At 7:30 pm, I call them and ask them to call the driver to see how far away he was, and he says my cake is not on the truck. WTH… This guy tells him to go and get it and bring it to me ASAP because he tries to tell me the cake will arrive at 11 pm that night. I told them No, it will not. It needs to be here as soon as humanly possible. By 8:30 pm, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money due to incompetent people. I am still today at noon waiting for a call and an apology from this establishment, but I have yet to receive it. I will keep calling until I speak to someone. I feel hurt, upset, and just pissed by how this cake company has treated me, and Honestly, I will never use them again.

I ordered a cake, flowers and balloons for my wife to give her a surprise and the selected time was from 9am to 5pm on 21st March 2023, knowing my wife will be home from work by 6pm. I decided to work from home to ensure I am available to collect the delivery and my 2 kids (5yrs & 8yrs) were super excited to give a surprise to their mum when she arrives home from work. Also, invited my wife’s friend for the occasion.
I am writing this at 6:30pm, my wife is already home and my kids are very upset of us not being able to give her surprise and I look like an idiot in front of my kids and my wife and her friends.
In between, just for your I have called them atleast 5 times on the follow up and also on whats app chat where they dont reply at all. In my last call at 5:10pm, I spoke to Awap from their office and I requested please show me some courtesy that if you are not able to deliver please let me know in next 15 minutes so I can buy a cake from the grocery store. Guess what I never heard anything back.

Order number – 1876578 I had a midnight delivery on 7th march between 23-23:59hrs. the team didn’t even call me and did not deliver my item I had to call their contact centre many times to talk to one agent and they told me the operations team will give me a call.. after 12.30 I got a call from Mr. Nadeem who told me the item can be delivered within one hr or tomorrow morning and telling me that I will get a refund of my delivery charges.. I’m suppose to get my delivery charges first a fall the team ruined my surprise which I was planning for my husband.. and I told him to send me the item between 6-7am as my husband will be leaving to Abu Dhabi again he is calling me and telling me can’t deliver in the morning and only before 5pm he can deliver.. I told him to deliver it then within one hour as he said initially, again he is calling me and telling my driver is not available and can deliver only 2mrw before 5pm..
So sorry to say you need to inform your team members to be little more professional and do not cheat customers like this totally ruined the plan and not trying to rectify it properly. This should be your top priority and not at all bothered about someone’s emotions and telling me if you want to collect it to go to his store.. I will be posting my experience with fnp in all the social media platforms which Mr Nadeem told me he doesn’t care about it and he told me I have all the rights to talk about consumer rights.. thanks for the wonderful service and ruining my surprise and our beautiful day. I have a small kid and in the middle of the night I’m coordinating with ur team and without no consideration people are just giving excuse if you are continuing your service like this don’t think how longer we can see fnp in this competitive world where they don’t value their customers..

I’ve had a terrible experience, followed by a terrible customer service! While mistakes happen, an intentional act of not following up after several calls is literally unforgivable! The order was meant to be sent at work between 1-2pm (working hours) and ai paid extra for the 1h delivery slot. Instead by 4pm nothing was sent, I had to follow up with several calls to make you realize it hasn’t been sent. Finally it arrived at 5, someone called my partner and told her about the “surprise gift”! And made her wait at work for an extra 20min to receive it! The succession of mistakes is really unacceptable! On top of that I called to complain, someone took my complain and never followed up. I called twice again and the same thing happened. I also tried to contact you in DM but no follow up! While mistakes happen not following up on the complain is even worse and shows that the company really doesn’t care! If i could give 0 stars i would to FernsnPetals. I ordered a personalised candle jar and when i received it, it turned out to be a disaster.It was just copy and pasted so shabbily even a 2 year old kid could do that. They literally just print out a photo on a normal paper and paste it on the candle jar that too not properly. The crossed all limits when the didnt even remove the sticker of the candle jar that they purchased from a shop for 14.99 dhs and just delivered the product as it is and charged me with 72 dhs. The only good part that i did was not to have them delivered the product directly to my friend or else i would really have been embarrassed. I have ordered dozens of times with FNP. I am not an ordinary client. Yet, my order was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by FNP.
The driver tried to contact the delivery contact. The driver was contacted back briefly after but never picked up the phone. I made several attempts via whatsapp. When they replied, they first tried to avoid delivering on the same day, then they tried to lie about the clarity of the address. When I told them I would request a refund if not delivered, it was promised that it would be done tonight (13/09/21, until 10pm). It is already 00:35 am 14/09/21 and no delivery was made.
I called multiple times. The customer service hang up a few times. I gave up calling as it was costing me money to keep trying.
I have never seen such a case of gross misconduct with a long standing client such as me. The thousands of Dirhams I spent with FNP to then be treated like this.

We paid for a specific flower arrangement and service, and what was delivered was completely unacceptable and fell far below what was promised. The actual flowers were in a condition that did not remotely match the expected standard.
What made the situation even worse was the way the company handled the complaint. Instead of properly refunding us for a service that was not delivered as agreed, they offered a discount on a future order — essentially asking us to spend more money with them after they had already failed us.
We have photos, videos, and screenshots documenting the flowers we received and the company’s response.
I would strongly recommend potential customers look carefully at the quality of service and, more importantly, how complaints are handled before placing an order.
Ordered a ‘Peach and pink rose luxury flower box’ for 229AED + add on card for 15AED. Paid 289AED with Delivery charges for same day delivery.
Received the item in the evening with dry looking flowers, petal browning and browning in some parts of the other buds. The add on card is ‘best wishes’, there was no option during the ordering process to indicate type of card, so expectation was a general card.
Complained in whatsapp on the cheap quality of the flowers, agent offered 39AED delivery charges refund and 18% discount on the next order. (as if there’s a chance that you will order with them again). After 21min, closed the ticket.
The flowers have gotten worst in the morning and cannot be used for gifting. Raised the complaint again in the morning and requested a refund. The Agent was nice enough to offer a replacement of flower box, which I accepted and requested also a replacement of ‘best wishes’ greeting card with a ‘birthday’ card.
Flower box arrived with some petal browning and couple of the flowers with blank ink. The replacement greeting card is a ‘best wishes’ card.
In the end, the flower box and the card still cannot be used for gifting. 289AED wasted.

I had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I prefer not to write reviews but because of their unprofessional behavior, I wanted to make sure to warn people. There were extremely late and expected us to just wait for the delivery to arrive. No communication or updates were being provided. The order was not delivered until 3 days after valentine’s day and after almost 50 WhatsApp messages, emails and phone call. Further more the wrong product was delivered in addition to bad quality flowers. After I had complained about the product, I was told the product was out of stock which happens to still be on sale on their website. Paid a higher price for product and express delivery. They absolutely ruined this special day and we were highly disappointed with their handling of the situation. Never use this company again.

When you reach out on customer service via WhatsApp, they respond when they want and reset after 30 minutes so you have to start all over again. Nothing resolved despite trying for days and appalling disregard of customers. Had to buy another cake instead from a restaurant. This place is a liability and arrogant despite their incompetence.

Very disrespectful attitude towards customers, ordered an apology gift and it was delayed due to incompetent delivery , and to add insult to the injury they sent a delevery complete confirmation 2 hours before delivering which but me in an awkward situation thinking that my gift reached already . All due to the carelessness and unshaneful attitude of the delivery worker. I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Fern N Petals. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Vancouver for her birthday. The company charges a hefty price for the selected bouquet and adds a separate delivery fee. However, when the flowers were delivered, they were completely different and inferior to what was promised. I immediately provided them with the original and delivered the bouquet pictures as proof.
Their response was shockingly unprofessional. They offered to send a replacement bouquet, but only after a week had passed. They suddenly changed their stance when I requested a credit note or refund to use in the future. Instead of honouring their offer, they offered a mere 20% discount on the next domestic order. I reluctantly agreed, but they then closed the case entirely, stating nothing more could be done.
This company’s behaviour is unacceptable, and I urge everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. They fail to deliver on their promises, refuse to take accountability, and offer misleading solutions that they later retract. Consider this a serious warning before placing any orders with Fern N Petals.

Don’t fall for this company, worst customer service I’ve experienced in Dubai. They do misleading marketing advising delivery can happen in 60 mins and then they don’t even deliver in two hrs timeframe besides you paying additional prime fee for the fast delivery. I recently experienced a significant letdown with Fern and Petals. My order #2475522, placed with specific instructions for delivery between 5 and 6 pm to maintain the surprise element, was disappointingly handled. Not only was the delivery made late at 6:42 pm, but it was also delivered to the wrong person.
The entire purpose of my order was to create a surprise, which was completely ruined due to an avoidable error – the misrecording of “Loft Towers” as “Lost Towers,” despite my repeated clarifications. This mistake reflects poorly on the quality of service and attention to detail, which I had not expected from a company I’ve been loyal to for three years.
Such a lapse in service quality and staff training is unacceptable and has considerably diminished my trust in Fern and Petals. I hope this feedback prompts a re-evaluation of your service standards and staff training protocols.
Poor service experience – I ordered two identical gifts for my colleague in Ohio. Unfortunately, only one arrived last week, and since then, I’ve been reaching out to the teams in India and the UAE for updates. I asked many times to remove my number. Over 10 times and messages stop for a time, then start again. They will never delete you from your database.
If you order, use a spare number and email if you don’t wish to be harassed.
I give them many warnings before writing this.

Don’t do it… I asked to speak to a manager almost 20 hours ago, but no one responded. I spoke to these people over a two-day time period about a cake that was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 12 on the 18th of June. I honestly spoke to 10 people about a simple cake they overcharged me for and did not get it correct, but the wildest part was the cake arrived a 9 PM on Father’s Day after we had people over, and the cake was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 12 noon. I found out a 2 pm that the cake was not coming at 12 noon, and they supposedly put it on the truck to be delivered from 3 until 8 pm ( So I’m Pisses) because it was supposed to be a surprise. At 6 pm, my daughter calls and asks my Husband, ” How did he like his Father’s Day cake” and my husband replies, “What cake”. I call again and they said it was on the truck and it will be there. (Freaking liers) At 7:30 pm, I call them and ask them to call the driver to see how far away he was, and he says my cake is not on the truck. WTH… This guy tells him to go and get it and bring it to me ASAP because he tries to tell me the cake will arrive at 11 pm that night. I told them No, it will not. It needs to be here as soon as humanly possible. By 8:30 pm, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money due to incompetent people. I am still today at noon waiting for a call and an apology from this establishment, but I have yet to receive it. I will keep calling until I speak to someone. I feel hurt, upset, and just pissed by how this cake company has treated me, and Honestly, I will never use them again.

Worst Service Ever, Not recommended at all for anyone who is hoping to rely on them to make your occasion perfect.
I ordered a cake, flowers and balloons for my wife to give her a surprise and the selected time was from 9am to 5pm on 21st March 2023, knowing my wife will be home from work by 6pm. I decided to work from home to ensure I am available to collect the delivery and my 2 kids (5yrs & 8yrs) were super excited to give a surprise to their mum when she arrives home from work. Also, invited my wife’s friend for the occasion.
I am writing this at 6:30pm, my wife is already home and my kids are very upset of us not being able to give her surprise and I look like an idiot in front of my kids and my wife and her friends.
In between, just for your I have called them atleast 5 times on the follow up and also on whats app chat where they dont reply at all. In my last call at 5:10pm, I spoke to Awap from their office and I requested please show me some courtesy that if you are not able to deliver please let me know in next 15 minutes so I can buy a cake from the grocery store. Guess what I never heard anything back.
Ordering with them was absolute disaster and I dont usually put reviews but thought this time I should to helps other not to go through same embracement if you are planning any occasion.

Midnight delivery not done
Order number – 1876578 I had a midnight delivery on 7th march between 23-23:59hrs. the team didn’t even call me and did not deliver my item I had to call their contact centre many times to talk to one agent and they told me the operations team will give me a call.. after 12.30 I got a call from Mr. Nadeem who told me the item can be delivered within one hr or tomorrow morning and telling me that I will get a refund of my delivery charges.. I’m suppose to get my delivery charges first a fall the team ruined my surprise which I was planning for my husband.. and I told him to send me the item between 6-7am as my husband will be leaving to Abu Dhabi again he is calling me and telling me can’t deliver in the morning and only before 5pm he can deliver.. I told him to deliver it then within one hour as he said initially, again he is calling me and telling my driver is not available and can deliver only 2mrw before 5pm..
So sorry to say you need to inform your team members to be little more professional and do not cheat customers like this totally ruined the plan and not trying to rectify it properly. This should be your top priority and not at all bothered about someone’s emotions and telling me if you want to collect it to go to his store.. I will be posting my experience with fnp in all the social media platforms which Mr Nadeem told me he doesn’t care about it and he told me I have all the rights to talk about consumer rights.. thanks for the wonderful service and ruining my surprise and our beautiful day. I have a small kid and in the middle of the night I’m coordinating with ur team and without no consideration people are just giving excuse if you are continuing your service like this don’t think how longer we can see fnp in this competitive world where they don’t value their customers..
I have put a feedback in fnp site and Mr nadeem told me his manager will give a call back still now there is no response from any of them and the item is not delivered yet, I’m trying to call their contact centre waiting for hours and no one is picking up the call. If they are so buy why they are promoting this midnight delivery services and one hour delivery services. How unprofessional never ever recommend FNP to anyone.

Delivery man need to be trained to have a good customer service as it seems he just give it to the recipient and immediately turn around considering I was very much happy as it was my wife’s Birthday but disappointed. 3. I wouldn’t even want to give a star! The flowers n order for valentine’s was supposed to come between 6am to 5pm.but it never came. Tried calling your customer service but it was busy. When i checked online yesterday, there was a remark at 9:54pm that they attempted to deliver! HOW RIDICULOUS!!! And today Feb. 15, it was already marked as delivered and was received by a relative. FUNNY coz the delivery location is not residential, it is an office. And no, i dont have any relative in the company!!! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!! Refund our money back!!!

Never delivered my surprise valentine cake to my husband despite charging express delivery. No way to contact them too. They deliberately kept cell number landline and 600 number engaged.
Delivery is supposed to happen between 6 am to 5 pm. Phones not reachable for over 2 hours, get a message at 18.36 pm that delivery was attempted which is a blatant lie. Will never order from these people.
The problem with this website is that you cannot order two or more of the same thing. If you do then you get charged twice for delivery ! I asked them many times but they have ignored me

Terrible Service Took the money and didn’t deliver. Didn’t even care to ask or help. No where to complain. I’m surprised about the rating they claim at their website. I can’t even rate. no where to rate. So how did the reviews come? Faked??
Worst Service-Read below to understand. If you expect to surprise someone please be aware that it may fireback so badly like did with me.They just don’t care if it’s delivered or not.I chose the most expensive charges for the delivery option and told them I can pay more, no issue. Most important is to surprise and make the person happy. But they never care. .Also can’t place a complain..wow. 2 attempts and thats it.2nd attempt wasn’t even a surprise.Person was already waiting for over an hour but driver didn’t come. Lost surprise & money.they didn’t care to ask or follow. Tough luck!! No where to complain. No one to listen. I’m stunned to see people rating over 1 star. Guess they didn’t face yet to speak to their customer service !!!
I was very happy with the quality and timing of the flowers ordered and delivered.

Everything went wrong and no customer service!
I’ve had a terrible experience, followed by a terrible customer service! While mistakes happen, an intentional act of not following up after several calls is literally unforgivable! The order was meant to be sent at work between 1-2pm (working hours) and ai paid extra for the 1h delivery slot. Instead by 4pm nothing was sent, I had to follow up with several calls to make you realize it hasn’t been sent. Finally it arrived at 5, someone called my partner and told her about the “surprise gift”! And made her wait at work for an extra 20min to receive it! The succession of mistakes is really unacceptable! On top of that I called to complain, someone took my complain and never followed up. I called twice again and the same thing happened. I also tried to contact you in DM but no follow up! While mistakes happen not following up on the complain is even worse and shows that the company really doesn’t care! It’s been a terrible experience full of mistakes and intentional “No Customer Care”!

I give 0 rating. I paid for birthday flower delivery, but it was not delivered in Dubai. First excuse was that the recipient did not respond. The recipient was at the address given all day. This was an office address, the recipient could have been in a meeting all day, not in a position to answer calls. Next, Fernsnpetals said they would deliver the following day. They did not. The excuse? The address was incomplete. I reminded them they delivered to the very same address last year. I requested a refund, and they refused on the ground that the address was incomplete.

If i could give 0 stars i would to FernsnPetals. I ordered a personalised candle jar and when i received it, it turned out to be a disaster.It was just copy and pasted so shabbily even a 2 year old kid could do that. They literally just print out a photo on a normal paper and paste it on the candle jar that too not properly. The crossed all limits when the didnt even remove the sticker of the candle jar that they purchased from a shop for 14.99 dhs and just delivered the product as it is and charged me with 72 dhs. The only good part that i did was not to have them delivered the product directly to my friend or else i would really have been embarrassed. Anyways i couldn’t gift her the disaster done by FernsnPetals and asked for returning the items and processing the refund and so far there is no action taken.Order id 1264961.

I have ordered dozens of times with FNP. I am not an ordinary client. Yet, my order was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by FNP.
The driver tried to contact the delivery contact. The driver was contacted back briefly after but never picked up the phone. I made several attempts via whatsapp. When they replied, they first tried to avoid delivering on the same day, then they tried to lie about the clarity of the address. When I told them I would request a refund if not delivered, it was promised that it would be done tonight (13/09/21, until 10pm). It is already 00:35 am 14/09/21 and no delivery was made.
I called multiple times. The customer service hang up a few times. I gave up calling as it was costing me money to keep trying.
I have never seen such a case of gross misconduct with a long standing client such as me. The thousands of Dirhams I spent with FNP to then be treated like this.
NEVER AGAIN.
