The clinic looks good ,but the dentist unprofessional ,I ask the Arabic lady in the reception for a lady dentist she transfer me to a young male dentist and I don’t think he is that good since my treatment went wrong and I went to anther clinic to fix it. paid twice and first amount not refundable
I came by promotion from social media for dental treatment ,and later I discovered everything is different (offer, treatment , care and doctors). am just disappointed and I will not recommend it.
It was my 4th session and the result was amazing as well with Vee gee she was so amazing and friendly staff and accommodating. On my 4 sessions with here it was great and amazing. It was fast and accurate the way she was doing and I’m joyful with the service and the result. I highly recommend the Fattan Polyclinic from this amazing and wonderful experience… 😊👍👌
after several sessions of peeling, laser, meso , no improvement and melasma becomes worse, i ended up consulting another professional/clinic

i am unhappy unsatisfied very upset about the service they are providing. i went to them for the laser session at the scheduled appointment time for the first time but just before the payment they changed there offer and words completely.. i was promised to get the service in certain offer amount but after reaching there she said offer is not the same what is been told by the call centre agent consultant . i was completely shocked. i was misguided by the agent and no body in the clinic was bother to entertain there mistake and finding the actual problem… they simply said no we can give this offer. as in watapp chat agent said -as discussed i will get back to u….. i visited the clinic based on my friend’s recommendation but they made my friend only lier they show fake invoices when i told that they didn’t pay this amount clinic staff was saying how it is possible…. we showed them payment also but no one was listening to us… i am very surprised with this behaviour…
