Hidden Fees at FAM LIVING – A Warning for Property Owners

I’m writing as a landlord who’s been working with FAM LIVING in Dubai, and I want to give a heads-up to other property owners about some extra fees I found out they’re charging.

First off, I was really surprised when I learned that FAM LIVING was adding a 15% Service Fee and a 3% Processing Fee on top of what we had agreed on. These extra fees weren’t clear to me when we started working together and they never mentioned them in our initial deal.

What bothers me is that these hidden charges are making things more expensive for both us, the property owners, and the guests who stay at our places. It feels like they weren’t being upfront about all the costs, and that’s not really fair.

So, if you’re thinking about working with FAM LIVING, or if you already are, it’s a good idea to really look into your bills and understand all the charges they’re putting on there. Being honest and clear about costs is really important in business, and we should all know exactly what we’re paying for.

After finding out about these hidden fees, I’m rethinking my choice to work with FAM LIVING and wanted to share my story so others can be aware too. It’s really important to know about all the possible fees when you’re working with a management company.

Just wanted to share this so others can be aware and avoid any surprises like I had.

Don’t expect a refund.

This company have unlawfully kept my deposit and a large sim of money that is owed to me for early cancellation of a lease. They will ignore your attempts to contact them and keep your money.
