I informed them many times that the car was already returned, but they kept charging me anyway. They change their “rules,” working hours, and excuses whenever it helps them take more money. They even block your access and ignore your emails while continuing to charge you behind your back.

Ezhire is by far the most unreliable and dishonest car rental company I’ve ever dealt with. The car arrived late and in terrible condition, dirty, scratched, and clearly not maintained. When I tried to get help, their customer service was completely unresponsive and rude.
After returning the car exactly as I received it, they falsely claimed there was “damage” and charged me for it. It’s a total scam, they make fake claims just to take your money.
Nothing about this company is professional. They don’t respect your time, your money, or basic honesty. Stay away from Ezhire, it’s not worth the stress, hassle, or loss.
This was honestly the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Ezhire is completely unreliable and unprofessional. The car arrived hours late, in terrible condition, dirty, scratched, and barely functioning. When I complained, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. The worst part was that after returning the car in the same condition it was delivered, they falsely accused me of “damaging” it and charged me extra fees for things I didn’t do. I have been a regular client to ezhire, but I have noticed recently, in the past few bookings, that the quality of their cars has dropped down. Often with technical issues and most disturbing part is the bad odor which has become unbearable.

Ezhire has long been my preferred rental service, but I was thoroughly disheartened recently. It seems they’ve become less humane, more preoccupied with making money through questionable practices.
1. The car was not prepared upon my arrival. They only began cleaning it once I was already there.
2. I was handed a car with an entirely empty tank. As soon as I started the engine, the fuel warning light began flashing. I raised the issue, yet no one cared to respond.
3. As I was en route to the airport, I could not risk joining the motorway in such a state. I had to return towards Damac to refuel. It was terribly inconvenient and cost me both time and distance. I arrived late as a result.
4. The vehicle I was given suffered from mechanical issues. The steering wheel shook persistently and the engine made a wheezing sound throughout.
5. The most appalling part came upon return. At Sports City, the attendant confronted me for bringing the car back without fuel. However, I had taken it in precisely that state. They refused to listen. I even implored him to provide a replacement but he declined, claiming there were no cars available. That behaviour was unprofessional, lacking in empathy and utterly inconsiderate.
6. Finally, I was informed I had exceeded the mileage limit and would need to pay an additional three dirhams. It felt like sheer exploitation. There’s another detail—I noticed the attendant adjusting the odometer before my departure. Given how basic the car was, I found the reading rather suspicious. Was the extra journey I made to refuel ever taken into account?
In conclusion, Ezhire has regrettably become a sham. It began with promise, but I’m left sorely disappointed.
I rented a car for a day and was not informed about any mileage limits. Normally, when I rent a car, I plan to travel to another city. The agreement I signed did not mention any restrictions, and no one informed me about them when I picked up the car. Since I was unaware of this policy, I didn’t track my mileage or take any pictures.
A week later, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee on my card—an amount even higher than what I originally paid for the rental. When I contacted customer support, they apologized but simply stated that the information was mentioned somewhere.
To be honest, there are plenty of great rental companies in Dubai, so it’s not necessary to use this one. I only chose it based on a friend’s recommendation, but I wasn’t aware of these hidden fees. If you want to avoid situations like this, I’d suggest going with another company. To me, this whole situation is absurd.
Terrible experience ! The car was delivered and collected late, and I was overcharged four times the proper amount for missing fuel, avoid this company.

I would like to share my experience with Ezhire App Rent A Car. I have been charged multiple times without proper invoicing. While I didn’t initially investigate the first two instances, the third time prompted me to look into the charges. I reached out to the car provider (a third-party partner) to understand the breakdown, and they clarified that I had no Salik, traffic fines, or other additional charges. They only billed Ezhire for the car rental.
To my surprise, my one-day rental, which was supposed to cost AED 89, ended up with charges exceeding AED 600. Additionally, there were repeated charge attempts on my card, one of which was declined because I removed funds to prevent further deductions. When I contacted Ezhire for clarification, I received inconsistent explanations—first being told the charges were for traffic fines and Salik, and later being informed they were for over-kilometer usage and Salik.
One explanation given was particularly concerning: I was sent a Salik record dated December 5, but my rental period was from December 9. When I questioned this, my account on the Ezhire app was suddenly blocked, and I have since been unable to receive any further assistance from their customer service.
Ezhire has strong marketing campaigns, but I feel it’s important to raise awareness for potential and existing clients about my experience. My intention is not to harm anyone’s reputation but to share this as constructive feedback and encourage better practices. As expats, we work hard for our earnings, and I believe businesses should operate fairly and transparently. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I urge Ezhire to review and improve their billing and customer service systems to ensure fairness for all customers.
I would recommend to all people who just renting a car to better go with really trusted car provider directly. Yes, it’s a bit expensive but you can rest assure there would be no hidden other charges and this kind of feeling of disappointments.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by EZhire, which has been, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever encountered.
At 12:30 today, I contacted EZhire to report a blown tire, leaving me stranded. I was informed that a recovery service would be sent to assist me, though it could take up to four hours.
After waiting four hours with no sign of assistance, I called back, only to be told that the recovery vehicle had broken down and EZhire was unable to help me. This lack of communication left me stranded for hours in Dubai’s intense heat, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.
When I raised a complaint, I was met with nothing more than an apology and a token offer of 30 AED in compensation—a minimal amount, especially considering the cost I’m paying for the rental.
This isn’t an isolated incident. My partner has also experienced similar issues, as he had to have his car replaced on three separate occasions due to repeated engine warning lights. Despite this, EZhire assured him that the car was safe to drive.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend EZhire. I will be advising anyone moving to Dubai to avoid this company entirely.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I arranged for my car to be collected since I can’t meet them on the return date. They confirmed on September 17th that the pickup would be on September 19th at 8:30 PM in Satwa. Now, it’s 10:50 PM, and the driver just called to say he is in Dubai Industrial City for the collection. Their system updates are lacking, and they manage customers poorly, causing unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend this service to friends or family. Very disappointing.
This company is a scam. They fool customers by alluring them with deals and later when the car is delivered, the problems start to appear, like a flat tyre. After multiple communications, to which they fail to reply they will send you a simple diplomatic email that nothing can be refunded and there was so fault at their end. I paid those guys almost 1000, the car they gave is out of service, call center makes me wait for 6 hours, saying in 30 minutes they will fix it. I rented a car from eZhire on 04 July for a one-day period from 06 July to 07 July. After booking, I contacted eZhire on the same day to request a specific model, the Toyota Yaris, which I picked up on 06 July.
On the day of the return, I attempted to click on “Return Car” via the eZhire app around the afternoon, but the app showed an error stating that the location was closed. I immediately contacted customer support, and they informed me that the location where I picked up the car was still open, so I could drop off the car there. I arrived at the location before the time limit, only to find it closed. After informing customer support, they checked internally and confirmed that the person responsible was unavailable at that moment. About half an hour later, someone arrived, and I handed over the car on time.
However, the next day, I received an email regarding the car return, so I contacted eZhire to clarify why I was getting this notification. The team confirmed that the rental had ended.
A few days later, I attempted to book another car, only to discover that my eZhire account had been suspended. I contacted customer support via email to find out why, and they informed me that my account had been suspended by their collection team and could not be unblocked. When I asked for the reason behind the suspension, they told me they would arrange a callback, but this never happened. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, I still have not received any follow-up or explanation for the suspension.
They eventually claimed that I had not returned the car on time, even though I had informed them earlier that the car was returned within the time limit. I also confirmed this with the service vendor at the pickup location, who verified that the car was returned on time.
Conclusion:
The service I received from eZhire was extremely disappointing. There were significant communication issues, and despite following all procedures, my account was suspended without any valid reason or proper follow-up. To make matters worse, no one from eZhire has contacted me to discuss or resolve the issue, despite repeated promises. I hope this review helps others in considering their options when booking with eZhire.

Terrible service, never using them ever again!!

I made a booking for car to be delivered at a specific time. Even after several calls nothing is resolved. Am stuck at my office and unable to get to meetings. most unprofessional and unreliable company i have ever seen.
I had initially booked a yaris or similar car from the dates 30/12/2023 – 01/01/2024. The car was not available and they upgraded it to MG5 for free (not informing me, they informed me only after I contacted and I asked I was informed that the car is not available). As there were changes in our plan I contacted the call center to see if I change the dates of booking from 29/12/2023 – 01/01/2024. The agent Asad informed me that I can do it and he informed me that the dates will be from 29/12/2023 – 31/12/2023 and I will have to extend 1 day for 01/01/2024 at the rate of MG5 (139 AED +VAT) the charge after the agent’s calculation was 145.5 AED (inclusive of VAT) on which I agreed. Later on the app the booking dates were from 29/12/2023 – 30/12/2023 and it was written as 2 days on the app. When I contacted the call center the agent Tayab spoke with me and said that the car should be returned on 30/12/2023 and the charge will remain same for 2 days. When I try to challenge it the agent informed that this is what the system has calculated and he cannot do anything about it. After going back and forth and losing money on my phone credit (I had to recharge my credit 3 times) for 7 hours, I had started calling the call center from 12:56 pm of 28/12/2023 and got a resolution at 7:59 pm, the first objective of the customer service or call center is always FCR (first call resolution). In this case zero. And everytime me as a customer when calling the call center I have to repeat myself on each call, this shows the poor quality of the infrastructure the call center has where they might not be even having any CRM software in place to even maybe record the caller’s enquiry and complaint. Even when I was being tossed to different departments no information was being shared with the corresponding agent and I had to again repeat myself. After going through all of these frustration I finally get the car with 7/8 bars of fuel the person who delivered mentioned on check list report that the fuel was 8/8 bars. The eZhire representative never show any sort of checklist to you they just hand over to you their phone to just capture your esign so that they can give you an excuse that you have signed on the checklist report which was never showntoyouat thetimeofsigning it. when I returned back the car with 7/8 bars I was charged for 30.79 AED without my authorization from my card. This was done after I have removed my card details from the app so this shows that its not save to store the card details on the app. I would highly recommend that don’t deal with eZhire, it’s a good concept though but with no proper execution of the operations at multiple levels. Don’t fall for their USP of no security deposit to be given but they will find out ways to wrongly charge the customer. These kind of start ups should not be started unless they are fully prepared to operate.

Upon receiving the car, the vehicle itself was not in the best condition, and I experienced a lot of issues during my trip, causing inconvenience and frustration.
Despite reporting these issues to your customer service hotline, the resolution process was slow, and the lack of communication added to my dissatisfaction. I believe such instances of poor service do not align with the standards I expect from a reputable car rental company.Also there was a fine , that was not even notified & directly the amount towards the same was debited along with their additional service charges.This not only disrupts our bank balance but also causes unnecessary worry & tension to the customer. Despite deducting from my account, the team had not paid the non rental charges to RTA & I had to pay again for the same &with multiple followups & escalations to Dubai consumer rights , got a refund .They have a lot of hidden clauses, which comes as a shock everytime.
I urge you to review and address these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers. I would appreciate a timely response outlining the steps being taken to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents in the future.

I had to give review for AWARENESS of others. We rented the car 18th of Aug ’23 the car delivered late (that’s ok we don’t want to ruined our trip).
Upon returning the car the next day it was so smooth and no any issues. Their representative has a checklist that they need to check upon returning, everything was declared clear and fine so my husband signed the agreement.
After a week they charged us AED 115 extra so my husband reached out to them and asked why? As per them there is a visible stain in the back seat. First of all when we returned the car its supposed to be seen ON THE SPOT! This car rental company is a total disaster, seriously! Lemme break down the awful stuff:
1. They charged me a crazy amount for gas, like AED 66.00 for extra fuel and some random service charge. They didn’t even bother explaining how they got that price per liter. Super shady!
2. Check this out – you’re only allowed to drive 225.0 km a day. Any extra, and they hit you with extra fees. Good luck doing Abu Dhabi to Dubai without breaking the bank!
3. Brace yourself for their customer service – it’s like they’re out to get you. They’ll ring you up and practically threaten you with an extra day’s charge if you’re even a minute late returning the car. No chill whatsoever!
Seriously, don’t even think about renting from eZhire unless you wanna be broke and stressed. I rented from them three times (yeah, I know, not my brightest idea), and every single time, they managed to squeeze more cash outta me than I ever saw coming.

Please do not purchase vehicles from this company as they are extremely cheap and offer poor service even after you have paid all of the invoices. Additionally, they have access to our funds and may deduct unauthorized charges after more than a month. This indicates that they are taking our credit cards and may deduct any amount from our accounts.
Had booked a car for 3rd of march at 2pm for 2 days. Received a message from their team at 1 pm saying there Is a delay and we will send a car at 4 pm.
They messaged saying there is shortage of cars and will provide another car. I still accepted that and spoke to multiple representatives informing them I don’t need a sedan as I requested for a SUV.
At 3.45 pm, still a sedan was delivered and informed me to accept the sedan as there are no other cars available. If you want we will process a refund.
So they practically played around and were fooling the customer by offering a sedan when we booked for a SUV. Ruined my entire day, provided false commitments and no value for customers time and efforts. They offered the sedan for same price of the SUV which is completely illogical.
The lack of professionalism towards providing the services is already down the hill and yet they did not have any courtesy to provide any other help as we planned two days accordingly. When such service providers give this inconvenience it is totally downgrading the car rental service providers.

Ezhire is by far the most unreliable and dishonest car rental company I’ve ever dealt with. The car arrived late and in terrible condition, dirty, scratched, and clearly not maintained. When I tried to get help, their customer service was completely unresponsive and rude.
After returning the car exactly as I received it, they falsely claimed there was “damage” and charged me for it. It’s a total scam, they make fake claims just to take your money.
Nothing about this company is professional. They don’t respect your time, your money, or basic honesty. Stay away from Ezhire, it’s not worth the stress, hassle, or loss.
This was honestly the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Ezhire is completely unreliable and unprofessional. The car arrived hours late, in terrible condition, dirty, scratched, and barely functioning. When I complained, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. Ezhire has long been my preferred rental service, but I was thoroughly disheartened recently. It seems they’ve become less humane, more preoccupied with making money through questionable practices.
1. The car was not prepared upon my arrival. They only began cleaning it once I was already there.
2. I was handed a car with an entirely empty tank. As soon as I started the engine, the fuel warning light began flashing. I raised the issue, yet no one cared to respond.
3. As I was en route to the airport, I could not risk joining the motorway in such a state. I had to return towards Damac to refuel. It was terribly inconvenient and cost me both time and distance. I arrived late as a result.
4. The vehicle I was given suffered from mechanical issues. The steering wheel shook persistently and the engine made a wheezing sound throughout.
5. The most appalling part came upon return. At Sports City, the attendant confronted me for bringing the car back without fuel. However, I had taken it in precisely that state. They refused to listen. I even implored him to provide a replacement but he declined, claiming there were no cars available. That behaviour was unprofessional, lacking in empathy and utterly inconsiderate.
6. Finally, I was informed I had exceeded the mileage limit and would need to pay an additional three dirhams. It felt like sheer exploitation. There’s another detail—I noticed the attendant adjusting the odometer before my departure. Given how basic the car was, I found the reading rather suspicious. Was the extra journey I made to refuel ever taken into account?
In conclusion, Ezhire has regrettably become a sham. It began with promise, but I’m left sorely disappointed.
I rented a car for a day and was not informed about any mileage limits. Normally, when I rent a car, I plan to travel to another city. The agreement I signed did not mention any restrictions, and no one informed me about them when I picked up the car. Since I was unaware of this policy, I didn’t track my mileage or take any pictures.
A week later, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee on my card—an amount even higher than what I originally paid for the rental. When I contacted customer support, they apologized but simply stated that the information was mentioned somewhere.
To be honest, there are plenty of great rental companies in Dubai, so it’s not necessary to use this one. I only chose it based on a friend’s recommendation, but I wasn’t aware of these hidden fees. If you want to avoid situations like this, I’d suggest going with another company. To me, this whole situation is absurd.
Terrible experience ! The car was delivered and collected late, and I was overcharged four times the proper amount for missing fuel, avoid this company.

I would like to share my experience with Ezhire App Rent A Car. I have been charged multiple times without proper invoicing. While I didn’t initially investigate the first two instances, the third time prompted me to look into the charges. I reached out to the car provider (a third-party partner) to understand the breakdown, and they clarified that I had no Salik, traffic fines, or other additional charges. They only billed Ezhire for the car rental.
To my surprise, my one-day rental, which was supposed to cost AED 89, ended up with charges exceeding AED 600. Additionally, there were repeated charge attempts on my card, one of which was declined because I removed funds to prevent further deductions. When I contacted Ezhire for clarification, I received inconsistent explanations—first being told the charges were for traffic fines and Salik, and later being informed they were for over-kilometer usage and Salik.
One explanation given was particularly concerning: I was sent a Salik record dated December 5, but my rental period was from December 9. When I questioned this, my account on the Ezhire app was suddenly blocked, and I have since been unable to receive any further assistance from their customer service.
Ezhire has strong marketing campaigns, but I feel it’s important to raise awareness for potential and existing clients about my experience. My intention is not to harm anyone’s reputation but to share this as constructive feedback and encourage better practices. As expats, we work hard for our earnings, and I believe businesses should operate fairly and transparently. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I urge Ezhire to review and improve their billing and customer service systems to ensure fairness for all customers.
I would recommend to all people who just renting a car to better go with really trusted car provider directly. Yes, it’s a bit expensive but you can rest assure there would be no hidden other charges and this kind of feeling of disappointments.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by EZhire, which has been, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever encountered.
At 12:30 today, I contacted EZhire to report a blown tire, leaving me stranded. I was informed that a recovery service would be sent to assist me, though it could take up to four hours.
After waiting four hours with no sign of assistance, I called back, only to be told that the recovery vehicle had broken down and EZhire was unable to help me. This lack of communication left me stranded for hours in Dubai’s intense heat, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.
When I raised a complaint, I was met with nothing more than an apology and a token offer of 30 AED in compensation—a minimal amount, especially considering the cost I’m paying for the rental.
This isn’t an isolated incident. My partner has also experienced similar issues, as he had to have his car replaced on three separate occasions due to repeated engine warning lights. Despite this, EZhire assured him that the car was safe to drive.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend EZhire. I will be advising anyone moving to Dubai to avoid this company entirely.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I arranged for my car to be collected since I can’t meet them on the return date. They confirmed on September 17th that the pickup would be on September 19th at 8:30 PM in Satwa. Now, it’s 10:50 PM, and the driver just called to say he is in Dubai Industrial City for the collection. Their system updates are lacking, and they manage customers poorly, causing unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend this service to friends or family. Very disappointing.

I rented a car from eZhire on 04 July for a one-day period from 06 July to 07 July. After booking, I contacted eZhire on the same day to request a specific model, the Toyota Yaris, which I picked up on 06 July.
On the day of the return, I attempted to click on “Return Car” via the eZhire app around the afternoon, but the app showed an error stating that the location was closed. I immediately contacted customer support, and they informed me that the location where I picked up the car was still open, so I could drop off the car there. I arrived at the location before the time limit, only to find it closed. After informing customer support, they checked internally and confirmed that the person responsible was unavailable at that moment. About half an hour later, someone arrived, and I handed over the car on time.
However, the next day, I received an email regarding the car return, so I contacted eZhire to clarify why I was getting this notification. The team confirmed that the rental had ended.
A few days later, I attempted to book another car, only to discover that my eZhire account had been suspended. I contacted customer support via email to find out why, and they informed me that my account had been suspended by their collection team and could not be unblocked. When I asked for the reason behind the suspension, they told me they would arrange a callback, but this never happened. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, I still have not received any follow-up or explanation for the suspension.
They eventually claimed that I had not returned the car on time, even though I had informed them earlier that the car was returned within the time limit. I also confirmed this with the service vendor at the pickup location, who verified that the car was returned on time.
Conclusion:
The service I received from eZhire was extremely disappointing. There were significant communication issues, and despite following all procedures, my account was suspended without any valid reason or proper follow-up. To make matters worse, no one from eZhire has contacted me to discuss or resolve the issue, despite repeated promises. I hope this review helps others in considering their options when booking with eZhire.

I made a booking for car to be delivered at a specific time. Even after several calls nothing is resolved. Am stuck at my office and unable to get to meetings. most unprofessional and unreliable company i have ever seen.
I had initially booked a yaris or similar car from the dates 30/12/2023 – 01/01/2024. The car was not available and they upgraded it to MG5 for free (not informing me, they informed me only after I contacted and I asked I was informed that the car is not available). As there were changes in our plan I contacted the call center to see if I change the dates of booking from 29/12/2023 – 01/01/2024. The agent Asad informed me that I can do it and he informed me that the dates will be from 29/12/2023 – 31/12/2023 and I will have to extend 1 day for 01/01/2024 at the rate of MG5 (139 AED +VAT) the charge after the agent’s calculation was 145.5 AED (inclusive of VAT) on which I agreed. Later on the app the booking dates were from 29/12/2023 – 30/12/2023 and it was written as 2 days on the app. When I contacted the call center the agent Tayab spoke with me and said that the car should be returned on 30/12/2023 and the charge will remain same for 2 days. When I try to challenge it the agent informed that this is what the system has calculated and he cannot do anything about it. After going back and forth and losing money on my phone credit (I had to recharge my credit 3 times) for 7 hours, I had started calling the call center from 12:56 pm of 28/12/2023 and got a resolution at 7:59 pm, the first objective of the customer service or call center is always FCR (first call resolution). In this case zero. And everytime me as a customer when calling the call center I have to repeat myself on each call, this shows the poor quality of the infrastructure the call center has where they might not be even having any CRM software in place to even maybe record the caller’s enquiry and complaint. Even when I was being tossed to different departments no information was being shared with the corresponding agent and I had to again repeat myself. After going through all of these frustration I finally get the car with 7/8 bars of fuel the person who delivered mentioned on check list report that the fuel was 8/8 bars. The eZhire representative never show any sort of checklist to you they just hand over to you their phone to just capture your esign so that they can give you an excuse that you have signed on the checklist report which was never showntoyouat thetimeofsigning it. when I returned back the car with 7/8 bars I was charged for 30.79 AED without my authorization from my card. This was done after I have removed my card details from the app so this shows that its not save to store the card details on the app. I would highly recommend that don’t deal with eZhire, it’s a good concept though but with no proper execution of the operations at multiple levels. Don’t fall for their USP of no security deposit to be given but they will find out ways to wrongly charge the customer. These kind of start ups should not be started unless they are fully prepared to operate.
They will call you untill you don’t book , when you paid they are not answering anymore! I came to pick up the car I was waiting almost one hour to pick up the car and they are not proactive like when they need to take money ! They give you to sign and that it only thing you see on display only for sign! You can’t see for what you are signing for. They will take your bank details and charge for many things First I notice they charging me for Salik every week and I’m not using salik !!! if you got fines for speed they will charge you more and say that’s for service charges ! Very bad rental company. Bank card deduction and they failed to provide evidences. Please if anyone experiences same report to your bank. Unauthorized card fraud. Criminal act. For UAE traffic fine they should be able to show Official message from UAE Traffic on request but they kept saying 48 hours it’s now 7 days nothing.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent car rental experience with Ezhire.
Upon receiving the car, the vehicle itself was not in the best condition, and I experienced a lot of issues during my trip, causing inconvenience and frustration.
Despite reporting these issues to your customer service hotline, the resolution process was slow, and the lack of communication added to my dissatisfaction. I believe such instances of poor service do not align with the standards I expect from a reputable car rental company.Also there was a fine , that was not even notified & directly the amount towards the same was debited along with their additional service charges.This not only disrupts our bank balance but also causes unnecessary worry & tension to the customer. Despite deducting from my account, the team had not paid the non rental charges to RTA & I had to pay again for the same &with multiple followups & escalations to Dubai consumer rights , got a refund .They have a lot of hidden clauses, which comes as a shock everytime.
I urge you to review and address these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers. I would appreciate a timely response outlining the steps being taken to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Overall a very bad experience.Wouldn’t recommend .

When I selected to return the car on the app my original selected branch was not there?! and they asked me to return it to Mussaffah 30 min drive away from Abu Dhabi city! this is totally fraud. they dont know even whose card they are charging I have never used their service once in my life and my card has been charged..and once asked throwing from one person to another one over the chat. mohammed, hamza, umair but no one has solution. and telling me its my friend who booked it. ok i agree then give the name of the person then asking about booking id. how dumb they are if i know who booked and could get the booking id of course i know the person and there wouldnt be any hustle. such a poor customer service with 0 common sense.
I hired a car for 1 day and extended it for 2nd day. They deducted for the 3rd day without my consent and said its a system glitch. I asked for a supv call and still nothing. Its been 72 hrs and neither supv call nor refund. they have ZERO customer satisfaction policy

I had to give review for AWARENESS of others. We rented the car 18th of Aug ’23 the car delivered late (that’s ok we don’t want to ruined our trip).
Upon returning the car the next day it was so smooth and no any issues. Their representative has a checklist that they need to check upon returning, everything was declared clear and fine so my husband signed the agreement.
After a week they charged us AED 115 extra so my husband reached out to them and asked why? As per them there is a visible stain in the back seat. First of all when we returned the car its supposed to be seen ON THE SPOT! WHY you did not tell us on the spot if there’s any WHY??? and why AFTER a WEEK??? and why after you given the car to your new client and used the car! and now ezhire car rental assuming it’s our fault because they refuse the stain? so its ours NOW? WHAT is the purpose of your checklist and ACTUAL checking of your staff??? You know AFTER ACTUAL CHECKING of the car we have to sign the agreement and you handed over to my husband to sign so we signed because ALL is CLEAR and it is the same condition when we received the car that’s our PROOF the SIGNED agreement.
I am deducted through my account of TRAFFIC FINES without notifying me? Totally zero for the service specifically no information or details where or what time it happened. Just said traffic fines then deducted but when i ask to the customer service no one trying to response right. It’s really ridiculous experience. Thank you ezhire you make me feel bad to give you zero to zero.
This car rental company is a total disaster, seriously! Lemme break down the awful stuff:
1. They charged me a crazy amount for gas, like AED 66.00 for extra fuel and some random service charge. They didn’t even bother explaining how they got that price per liter. Super shady!
2. Check this out – you’re only allowed to drive 225.0 km a day. Any extra, and they hit you with extra fees. Good luck doing Abu Dhabi to Dubai without breaking the bank!
3. Brace yourself for their customer service – it’s like they’re out to get you. They’ll ring you up and practically threaten you with an extra day’s charge if you’re even a minute late returning the car. No chill whatsoever!
Seriously, don’t even think about renting from eZhire unless you wanna be broke and stressed. I rented from them three times (yeah, I know, not my brightest idea), and every single time, they managed to squeeze more cash outta me than I ever saw coming.
They are doing scam on the name of rent a car company. I have deal with them 4 times thinking that let me give a chance May be this time it will be good. But never it was good. They are deducting amount from credit card without informing customer. They will record your card details and deduct the money without calling you or sending email. They are not punctual with the time. 2 times I went to their location and car is not there. They are more than the worst. They don’t deserve even one star. A very big fraud company. Don’t respect customer and their time.

Ez hire is one of the worst rental in uae after puting your bank details in their acc the block yor acc and deduct money frm yor accnt widout yor knowledge without yor permission thy have tried deducting more thn 1000 frm my acc even after all the bills were cleared as i told thm i wil b returning car in 2 days thy did this they are fraudsters thy also deduct unknown amount frm yor acc every month

Worst customer service giving misleading information, always using terms like technical errors, apologies for the inconvenience, amount gets deducted automatically its a system error.
Called the customer service asking if there will be a refund for early return, once i requested for early return they immediately sent me a credit invoice. Its been more then 45 days amount was nt refunded so i followed up they said refund is not possible bcoz i had received a discount while booking the car, so according to their policy refund is nt possible. If the policy was already in place how come they sent me a credit invoice and now they are using the golden words technical error system issue.
I’ve been given a faulty car. It’s been a week so far and they still haven’t replaced it.

Unwanted charges taking from atm after 1 month
Please do not purchase vehicles from this company as they are extremely cheap and offer poor service even after you have paid all of the invoices. Additionally, they have access to our funds and may deduct unauthorized charges after more than a month. This indicates that they are taking our credit cards and may deduct any amount from our accounts.
Had booked a car for 3rd of march at 2pm for 2 days. Received a message from their team at 1 pm saying there Is a delay and we will send a car at 4 pm.
They messaged saying there is shortage of cars and will provide another car. I still accepted that and spoke to multiple representatives informing them I don’t need a sedan as I requested for a SUV.
At 3.45 pm, still a sedan was delivered and informed me to accept the sedan as there are no other cars available. If you want we will process a refund.
So they practically played around and were fooling the customer by offering a sedan when we booked for a SUV. Ruined my entire day, provided false commitments and no value for customers time and efforts. They offered the sedan for same price of the SUV which is completely illogical.
The lack of professionalism towards providing the services is already down the hill and yet they did not have any courtesy to provide any other help as we planned two days accordingly. When such service providers give this inconvenience it is totally downgrading the car rental service providers.
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE Worst Car rental service ever. These guys are BIG thieves ! ! I spent over 9000 DHS for around a 40 day rental on their cheapest car Sunny. Unfortunately, I got some fines but these guys made it worse. They take an extra 100 DHS on each fine( for service fee on paying online ?? ) they take extra KM cost when you exceed 2KM (when in most companies it’s 4KM at least) they take 5.5 (1.5 Extra) on each toll gate. Worst experience I’ve ever had. And even though I paid all my dues and had only 900 Dhs left they wouldn’t offer a discount or help. They’re big scammers and will keep taking from your credit card. Do not rent!
