Didn’t get my DEPOSIT back

Espace has managed the unit where I was the tenant.
At the end of my contract, they haven’t helped me at all to get my deposit back.
They accepted to pay me back 12.900aed out of the 15.000 they owned me, but after 2 months I received NOTHING.
I just received a communication saying they are willing to pay me only 7.500. This is not a professional way to handle things, especially after having accepted to pay me back more before. Now I am forced to open a claim to Dubai Land Department in order to get my money back. A lot of stress and headache.

Moreover, it is extremely hard to talk to them and to the manager responsible, Ms. Belinda.

If I was you, I would really avoid this company to manage your units.
