I became the victim of fraudulent Emirates NBD credit card transactions totaling AED 44,169.57/- on 11th May 23.
I have held ENBD’s highest tier Infinite credit card for eleven years
without a single dispute and never missed bill payments . I am also very
well aware to never leave my credit card and my mobile phone
out of my sight as well as to not share OTP with anyone regardless of
the reason.
On May 11 th at 1am-1.20am, Seven transactions were made in Turkey.
Since I was asleep at that time, and also I have received any
notification regarding OTP request in registered mobile or email ID. I
never went to Turkey during that time or made any purchases in shops
mentioned in the credit card, i noticed these transactions on sunday
14th May and raised a complaint through Emirates NBD customer Care .
As per attachment, I finally was told that the fraud team has
concluded that “OTP has been sent to my email id and my mobile and
the customer is liable to pay.
I already raised a police complaint against this issue.
As per my latest conversation with Emirates Bank this is the feedback I received from them Thank you for contacting us, the result of the dispute was this: Disputed transactions done through Google Pay, post authenticating the cardholder identity, wherein cardholder will be liable for all Secure and Authenticated transactions. Card Holder must pursue case with the Police. It was not by your mobile number that is invalid, that caused these charges. Please file a police report. Thank you.
Based on the above feedback , I raised a complaint with Google for an unauthorized purchase claim, ref no .7285-4896-1109.
At this stage, no further explanation from investigation or alternative solutions offered and without minding my request the Bank started deducting these amounts from my current /salary account. I am left alone now without any help. Can you kindly help me with a solution, I am ready to support any kind of investigation.

I had a home loan with ENBD and since the beginning of this whole loan processing to the loan closure the bank has provided the worse service. The staff is so incompetent they have no idea on how the system works each branch has a new person telling new reasons for delay in getting any request processed. Their IVR has been another horrific experience with constant difficulty in connecting with a human being to talk to in order to avoid the multiple branch visits. I have waited over 1 hour multiple times even to get a basic liability, clearance/ loan release letter.

Their clerks has no idea even about their internal processes and misleading customers with wrong information. Their overall banking transactions are super slow! If you apply for a consumer credit let’s say, it can take up to 3 months for them to process :) tons of headache is a plus. When I visited emirates headquarters department, the person who deals with loans was so rude. And the customer service Asian lady also.
I just wanted to clarify some questions concerning the loan and closure of account from overseas.
Both of them were rude. Not customer friendly at all.
They only wanted me out of the office. Instead of making me understand the process I was asking for.
Unfortunately as a customer, I find that appalling.
Please talk to the staff working at the emirates headquarters, ask them to be nice to the customers and not rude, and raising voices to clients .

Recently I did an International transfer electronically from the App. I have made monthly transactions to the beneficiary in the past with no issue. This time I sent a rather large sum of money and Emirates NBD put in the incorrect BIC into the transaction. After contacting them they said it would take 6-19 working day to investigate. No investigation is needed as it’s evident what the issue was. Later I contacted them further and to get the funds earlier I will need to pay the transaction recall amount and the exchange transfer fees. This is one of many issues I have had with this bank. As one can see from the reviews it is particularly bad and I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I lost my Credit Card. While dealing with the distress, I called up the bank to block my card and request for replacement. Blocking went through but replacement couldnt happen. Support team routed my to IVR system which doesnt work (in plain words simply horrible). I had to call them almost 6 times, eveytime new customer representative picked my phone and gave a new instruction to follow. Finally asked me to connect after 24 hours. Tried again after a day, but again their instruction didnt work. It is such unpleasant experience dealing ENBD espeically thier IVR system. I am sure this would lead to exit of many customers from ENBD.

I got scam on my credit card, serial transactions done from my credit in 10 min and stolen a big amount of money I did block the card immediately and I called the customer service to hold the amount of money as I am not the one did the transaction they raise a dispute complain and they asked me to wait for 60 to 90 days and to do other request to credit the balance till solving the problem
Within 1 week they replied that transaction done through Apple Pay and liability for the transactions rests on me and if I want I can go to police
I went to police and they found the transactions done outside the country and it’s the bank responsibility to hold the amounts
I have very bad experience with bank the customer service on the call center they don’t know anything and they are not helpful and when you I go to any branch they are telling all this service and complain and credit card problems has to be done throughout the call center and till now no one giving me reasonable solutions or steps to be done very very bad experience and they don’t have internal security system against fraud like other banks

I had a very disappointed Customer Service experienced from ENBD.
Details are below –
10th May 2023 – Received an SMS from Emirates post stating my parcel was retuned due to non-availability of the contact person, hence I go through the site and they instructed there is a fee which is about AED 6 for re-scheduling the delivery on next day and I paid .In fact I was waiting my daughters passport and new vehicle Mulkya as well . Suddenly I noticed the email domain and understand that it was fraud transaction hence I blocked the card .
In order to avoid these type of fraud transactions , Bank( Customer Service ) suggested to me to issue a new card with new card number, CVV etc ( which means entirely all are different in that card) .
18th May 2023 – Received new card and before activation- I had asked them to make sure the same fraud transaction will not repeat and bank confirmed ,card activated .
21st May 2023 – Received an SMS from bank stating my new card has blocked due to security reason , when I check my bank online portal all amount was outstanding which was really shocking ( All amount withdrawn by the fraud team ). Same time I called bank and they confirmed it was a fraud transaction hence they made a dispute/complaint for all the amount ( AED 20000 ) , also confirmed this will be verified by bank security /card dispute team and returned the money -however it may take 60-90 days . Furthermore they informed me that they will issue another card and I received it on 24th May. So far I didn’t activated the same because I am afraid of these transitions may happen again . When I asked these questions to bank they refused to answer & wash their hands and they said it’s not their responsibility .
24th May 2023- Received an email stating that – Bank is not liable for the whole amount which was really not acceptable. After tele conversation with Bank, they are not even listening a customer voice – finally they said to make a compliant in the nearest Police Station . Infact it’s purely banks responsibility to take care the customers fund , it should not lost without customs knowing .
Note : These transaction were made without my knowledge/knowing , I was unaware and have not authorized the transactions. I have not even received any OTP (One-Time Password) for these transactions on my registered email or mobile number.
I requested to bank please thoroughly investigate this matter again and take the necessary steps to promptly refund the respective amounts to my credit card account.
Today I will make a police complaint for the same and submit to bank again .
In short :ENBD Responsibility towards a customer which is very poor and unhealthy . Treat this as a Customer Voice !!!

While I was at home in Dubai and my card was with me, without any otp or calls from the bank, 2 fraudulent transactions were done. it was almost 14,500 DHS worth of UNAUTHORIZED transactions using my card in Turkey. All this happened in a span of seconds. I immediately called the Bank to raise a dispute. I am completely unsatisfied with customer support both in the branch and over the phone and I cannot wait 60-90 days as that money I had to pay for my apartment rent and etc.

Other than the many many complaints I have about this bank – this one takes the cake: I have a meeting with 2 representatives in regards to a stock account. During conversation i mentioned my various complaints with the regular banking business, so we discussed a priority account promising me that I would get better service. So far so good. 2 days later I receive a phishing email exactly on the subject of “Your priority account needs to be activated, click here” The mail looked absolutely authentic from NBD. Something struck me as odd in the wording and sender, so I checked with the representative and indeed it was a phishing email. It can not be a coincidence that that mail arrived in close proximity to the conversation I had at the bank. I am not blaming the people I spoke with, but am certain that there is a leak somewhere down the line within the bank. I have since decided NOT to transfer my stock portfolio here and transfer any excess funds overseas and I can only recommend everybody else to do the same.

While I understand the need for an investigation, I am disappointed to hear that it may take 60 to 90 days for the refund to be processed.

Worst customer service! I applied for a Quick Loan using my credit card on Jan 11, 2023 through an online banking application. I received the confirmation message from ENBD with reference number for money deducted from my credit card. Since I do not have an Emirates NBD account, the funds were supposed to be transferred to my provided local bank account. According to customer service’s instructions, it would take three working days. It has been 12 days since I submitted this and I complained to customer service team several times. There hasn’t been a solution yet. Each time they register complaints, and it closes without solving the issue. Finally, I went to ENBD Headquarters and submitted one return complaint along with my Local Bank’s statement. . First they said they can not accept the complaint and finally the customer service person from the headquarters uploaded my complaint documents from her system along with the provided complaint number . I am following up with your customer care for around 2 weeks .But no one is giving proper feedback .Still I didn’t receive my money.But one customer care agent told may be I need to pay EMI from next month for the money which I did not receive . worst service

I used ENBD ATM in burjuman mall on 20th January 2023 to withdraw money with an international card and card got stuck in the atm. I got no solution from enbd branch since I have used their atm machine and branch security was so unhelpful and unprofessional. I have told to call center and they got no solution too. I was disgusted and I must say this is the poor customer service ever. If they have no solution for these kind of things they must display a notice saying do not use international cards on enbd atm. I never subscribed for any kind of CREDIT SHIELD PREMIUM PRO.they have done it without my consent and charging me through all this time, and WHEN I LOST MY JOB they never were there to deduct what was supposed to be deducted when they were applying their monthly charges.
Soon my credit will be finished with you, then I will never use your card again cause of your sky high percentages, they are thieves in law.
The only reason I have to be NBD customer on a debit card is because of years of statements history otherwise I would pass NBD bank only because of the credit card they have been playing me around all this time. every month i ve been paying between 25 to 60 Dirhams for the insurance i dont need and when actually was jobless they did nothing with that on the contrary they took advantage of it.

The Customer Service is very slow and useless they don’t know the answers of the queries along with that they will provide you with the wrong timeline for your stuck payments and can’t even tell you the reason of pending transactions. Customer service is shocking. App and website are buggy and certain services can be down for weeks at a time. Getting replacement cards can take up to a month. Credit card applications can take longer than a month only for them to suddenly turn around and say you don’t meet the criteria – after approval and being told the card is on the way. Departments apparently cannot communicate to each other and you need to do their jobs for them to relay messages.

First 9 k aed has been stolen from my account later on there was a fraud on my credit card and an intempted fraud on my debit card ,blocked everything new card has been delivered after 8 days so long I left without any access to my money . The worst mistake I’ve ever made was banking with Emirates NBD. The have the worst customer service. Both in their hotline and office, specifically DEIRA CITY CENTER BRANCH. I waited for my turn to raise my concern but the guy on COUNTER 9 seems to be in a hurry. He didnt even listen to my concern and just said I dont have solution for that, rudely. If someone is trying to convince you to bank in Emirates NBD, by all means run away. They’re cheaters. I don’t know how fraudulent bank like ENBD can operate in a country like UAE. By verbal they will promise anything to trap the people and when we raise any complaint they will say it was written on our bank policy it should have been checked before getting a card from us.
When the card was issued to me, it was told to me that there will be unlimited buy 1 get 1 offers in Cine Royal CInemas without any conditions. And I have bought 2 tickets of 40dhs each and got the offer. But later when the statement was generated they have charged 262.5 dhs for the ticket wchich is actually costs only 40 dhs. When I contacted them they were saying I have’nt fulfil the minimum spend limit but my card limit was 7500dhs only and I had purchased for almot 7000 dhs.
And I asked them to register a complaint regarding this, they told me that there’s no option to register a complaint for this reason.
They are frauds…stay away from them…

The bank is the worse bank in the UAE, if you have a problem don’t try to talk to the customer service, because you will still have the problem plus you will be angry, the branch in tourist club in abu Dhabi, when I opened my account I felt I am begging and not a customer in a bank, they treat people as garbage. I regret dealing with Emirates NBD bank, even when I try to complain against the branch treatment I couldn’t they made it very hard to complain. They also lied about the credit card he told me it’s Halal but it’s turns out it’s not, in the contract there is a text talking about the interest if you didn’t pay in the same time.

I opened bank account there and agreed for international delivery of the card, now after thousands emails, messages and calls they say you have to come to the UAE to confirm the international delivery of the card!!!!
I have already agreed before, I sent emails, I called them and finally said ” you have to visit the branch” What a ….. service they did, If their agents are unprofessional so it´s not my problem, If they are not respecting the customer, so it´s not my problem. At least they can make a call to my registered mobile number in their system and confirm if it was me or not!!! But how come !!!
Every time my call took at least one hour from the waiting time into the thousands questions to verify me (international call). Although all this confirmation they won´t to send me the card….. How to get a control of my money now as long as I don´t have any access to my account??? Can anyone from the management department tell me HOW???

i have contacted ENBD Call Center from Jan 2022 till April End , the CAll Center Quality manager were following up with my case suddenly stopped responding to me and several time contacted with no respond . this is keep me down from this way of the service . once manager give a commitment to the customer should follow up till end in case not able to sort it out still has to inform the customer. in mu case everyone has ignored without any update.

I’d like to share my experience, I’m active client in ENBD since 2014, I had an issue recently. I did international transfer to my home, but for some reason funds were blocked by intermediary bank, I applied for transaction recall, but it was rejected.
The problem I faced in this issue, that ENBD is not helpful, first of all, they were not updating me , unless I call, second , since money stucked in intermediary bank and I did recall this transaction, there was no reply for 2 month, my bank NBD told that we cannot do anything , we just need to wait ( honestly, this is something new, that the worldwide banking system don’t have any communication between each other) its been 3 months already, since I tried to get money back, but no results, since ENBD saying they cannot help, problem solving is very poor
Conclusion : I didn’t receive my funds back and bank cannot help ( as they are saying) so, who can help then, 🤷♀️

I must say that the management considering customer for a granted. The way the IVR is designed it is next to impossible to connect with any human interaction. Furthermore, customer care number is not a toll free, so you are trapping in the ivr loop like a vicious cycle,plus your balance is being charged without any reasons! Whilst tried to contact via emails, unable to get any proper response, neither any email within the TAT!
So frustrating…… Very hard to explain.

Everytime a transfer is intiated Smart Pass keeps getting declined. Until it gets locked out then you need to reactivate.
Even you are using the correct PIN (after reactivation I took note of the PIN) it wasnt working though it was just done mins prior.
Sometimes, when u type very slow the PIN. it gets accepted the 2nd time.
Very incovenient esp when u need something done fast. You end up doing more. And speaking to a representative on the phone, does not help too.
Your call center agents are rude, sarcastic and robotoc. Please educate them that if you need to manage your average handle time, you can do it by fixing your call handling and not by hurrying up your customer on the phone to end the call. Train them.how to act like a real customer service personnel. Thats what theyre paid for.

I had open my company bank account with E20 in Oct 2021 & they had visited my office & send me welcome pack on the same visit where as up til today even after 4.5 month i am still not able to activate my debit card since it has to be activated by the App only & unless debit card is not updated i can’t activate the account also & neither i can use the account every time i call them they give me a new date for an update of the app. They pathetic IT team which don’t known what they are doing.

I woke up to see almost 8,000 DHS worth of UNAUTHORIZED transactions to my bank account. All this happened in a span of 2-4 hours WHILE I SLEPT. I immediately had the card blocked and the bank asked me to fill up a form to list all the unauthorized transactions. Hi have filled up the form and sent it to the designated email address. ZERO acknowledgment of the email and ZERO updates on the progress on my case. I trusted this bank with my money and it seems they do not care about trying to recover your money back. Only 4 transactions totaling about 3,000 DHS has been reversed but there is ZERO update on the rest of the almost 5,000 DHS worth of unauthorized transactions. All these transactions didn’t even ask for an OTP! To the bank this amount is nothing to them but for us account holders this is our hard earned money!

I became the victim of fraudulent Emirates NBD credit card transactions totaling AED 44,169.57/- on 11th May 23.
I have held ENBD’s highest tier Infinite credit card for eleven years
without a single dispute and never missed bill payments . I am also very
well aware to never leave my credit card and my mobile phone
out of my sight as well as to not share OTP with anyone regardless of
the reason.
On May 11 th at 1am-1.20am, Seven transactions were made in Turkey.
Since I was asleep at that time, and also I have received any
notification regarding OTP request in registered mobile or email ID. I
never went to Turkey during that time or made any purchases in shops
mentioned in the credit card, i noticed these transactions on sunday
14th May and raised a complaint through Emirates NBD customer Care .
As per attachment, I finally was told that the fraud team has
concluded that “OTP has been sent to my email id and my mobile and
the customer is liable to pay.
I already raised a police complaint against this issue.
As per my latest conversation with Emirates Bank this is the feedback I received from them Thank you for contacting us, the result of the dispute was this: Disputed transactions done through Google Pay, post authenticating the cardholder identity, wherein cardholder will be liable for all Secure and Authenticated transactions. Card Holder must pursue case with the Police. It was not by your mobile number that is invalid, that caused these charges. Please file a police report. Thank you.
Based on the above feedback , I raised a complaint with Google for an unauthorized purchase claim, ref no .7285-4896-1109.
At this stage, no further explanation from investigation or alternative solutions offered and without minding my request the Bank started deducting these amounts from my current /salary account. I am left alone now without any help. Can you kindly help me with a solution, I am ready to support any kind of investigation.

I had a home loan with ENBD and since the beginning of this whole loan processing to the loan closure the bank has provided the worse service. The staff is so incompetent they have no idea on how the system works each branch has a new person telling new reasons for delay in getting any request processed. Their IVR has been another horrific experience with constant difficulty in connecting with a human being to talk to in order to avoid the multiple branch visits. I have waited over 1 hour multiple times even to get a basic liability, clearance/ loan release letter.

When I visited emirates headquarters department, the person who deals with loans was so rude. And the customer service Asian lady also.
I just wanted to clarify some questions concerning the loan and closure of account from overseas.
Both of them were rude. Not customer friendly at all.
They only wanted me out of the office. Instead of making me understand the process I was asking for.
Unfortunately as a customer, I find that appalling.

Recently I did an International transfer electronically from the App. I have made monthly transactions to the beneficiary in the past with no issue. This time I sent a rather large sum of money and Emirates NBD put in the incorrect BIC into the transaction. After contacting them they said it would take 6-19 working day to investigate. No investigation is needed as it’s evident what the issue was. Later I contacted them further and to get the funds earlier I will need to pay the transaction recall amount and the exchange transfer fees. This is one of many issues I have had with this bank. As one can see from the reviews it is particularly bad and I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Support team routed my to IVR system which doesnt work (in plain words simply horrible). I got scam on my credit card, serial transactions done from my credit in 10 min and stolen a big amount of money I did block the card immediately and I called the customer service to hold the amount of money as I am not the one did the transaction they raise a dispute complain and they asked me to wait for 60 to 90 days and to do other request to credit the balance till solving the problem
Within 1 week they replied that transaction done through Apple Pay and liability for the transactions rests on me and if I want I can go to police
I went to police and they found the transactions done outside the country and it’s the bank responsibility to hold the amounts
I have very bad experience with bank the customer service on the call center they don’t know anything and they are not helpful and when you I go to any branch they are telling all this service and complain and credit card problems has to be done throughout the call center and till now no one giving me reasonable solutions or steps to be done very very bad experience and they don’t have internal security system against fraud like other banks

I had a very disappointed Customer Service experienced from ENBD.
Details are below –
10th May 2023 – Received an SMS from Emirates post stating my parcel was retuned due to non-availability of the contact person, hence I go through the site and they instructed there is a fee which is about AED 6 for re-scheduling the delivery on next day and I paid .In fact I was waiting my daughters passport and new vehicle Mulkya as well . Suddenly I noticed the email domain and understand that it was fraud transaction hence I blocked the card .
In order to avoid these type of fraud transactions , Bank( Customer Service ) suggested to me to issue a new card with new card number, CVV etc ( which means entirely all are different in that card) .
18th May 2023 – Received new card and before activation- I had asked them to make sure the same fraud transaction will not repeat and bank confirmed ,card activated .
21st May 2023 – Received an SMS from bank stating my new card has blocked due to security reason , when I check my bank online portal all amount was outstanding which was really shocking ( All amount withdrawn by the fraud team ). Same time I called bank and they confirmed it was a fraud transaction hence they made a dispute/complaint for all the amount ( AED 20000 ) , also confirmed this will be verified by bank security /card dispute team and returned the money -however it may take 60-90 days . Furthermore they informed me that they will issue another card and I received it on 24th May. So far I didn’t activated the same because I am afraid of these transitions may happen again . When I asked these questions to bank they refused to answer & wash their hands and they said it’s not their responsibility .
24th May 2023- Received an email stating that – Bank is not liable for the whole amount which was really not acceptable. After tele conversation with Bank, they are not even listening a customer voice – finally they said to make a compliant in the nearest Police Station . Infact it’s purely banks responsibility to take care the customers fund , it should not lost without customs knowing .
Note : These transaction were made without my knowledge/knowing , I was unaware and have not authorized the transactions. I have not even received any OTP (One-Time Password) for these transactions on my registered email or mobile number.
I requested to bank please thoroughly investigate this matter again and take the necessary steps to promptly refund the respective amounts to my credit card account.
Today I will make a police complaint for the same and submit to bank again .
In short :ENBD Responsibility towards a customer which is very poor and unhealthy . Treat this as a Customer Voice !!!

Other than the many many complaints I have about this bank – this one takes the cake: I have a meeting with 2 representatives in regards to a stock account. During conversation i mentioned my various complaints with the regular banking business, so we discussed a priority account promising me that I would get better service. So far so good. 2 days later I receive a phishing email exactly on the subject of “Your priority account needs to be activated, click here” The mail looked absolutely authentic from NBD. Something struck me as odd in the wording and sender, so I checked with the representative and indeed it was a phishing email. It can not be a coincidence that that mail arrived in close proximity to the conversation I had at the bank. I am not blaming the people I spoke with, but am certain that there is a leak somewhere down the line within the bank. I have since decided NOT to transfer my stock portfolio here and transfer any excess funds overseas and I can only recommend everybody else to do the same.

Worst customer service! I applied for a Quick Loan using my credit card on Jan 11, 2023 through an online banking application. I received the confirmation message from ENBD with reference number for money deducted from my credit card. Since I do not have an Emirates NBD account, the funds were supposed to be transferred to my provided local bank account. According to customer service’s instructions, it would take three working days. It has been 12 days since I submitted this and I complained to customer service team several times. There hasn’t been a solution yet. Each time they register complaints, and it closes without solving the issue. Finally, I went to ENBD Headquarters and submitted one return complaint along with my Local Bank’s statement. . First they said they can not accept the complaint and finally the customer service person from the headquarters uploaded my complaint documents from her system along with the provided complaint number . I am following up with your customer care for around 2 weeks .But no one is giving proper feedback .Still I didn’t receive my money.But one customer care agent told may be I need to pay EMI from next month for the money which I did not receive . worst service

The Customer Service is very slow and useless they don’t know the answers of the queries along with that they will provide you with the wrong timeline for your stuck payments and can’t even tell you the reason of pending transactions. My transfer was deducted by them instantly and they hold the payment by showing the status pending and after 3 days they showed the status failed but still after more then 48Hours I didn’t heard back from them and my funds are still stuck there.

The worst bank in uae, we have been following up for credit card limit increase for 4 months. When we dont receive any update we call them to know the process delay they say something new should be done like we have to send this document that document and then after sending that document again they go back to silence and after 1 month when we call again the same issue. Customer service is shocking. App and website are buggy and certain services can be down for weeks at a time. Getting replacement cards can take up to a month. Credit card applications can take longer than a month only for them to suddenly turn around and say you don’t meet the criteria – after approval and being told the card is on the way. Departments apparently cannot communicate to each other and you need to do their jobs for them to relay messages.
An absolute joke for of a financial institution.

First 9 k aed has been stolen from my account later on there was a fraud on my credit card and an intempted fraud on my debit card ,blocked everything new card has been delivered after 8 days so long I left without any access to my money . Due to the unauthorized purchases on my credit card my balance went to minus when one day I woke up the bank charged me 2 plus k aed for the outstanding balance which wasn’t even made by me !!!!! The worst mistake I’ve ever made was banking with Emirates NBD. The have the worst customer service. Both in their hotline and office, specifically DEIRA CITY CENTER BRANCH. I waited for my turn to raise my concern but the guy on COUNTER 9 seems to be in a hurry. He didnt even listen to my concern and just said I dont have solution for that, rudely. If someone is trying to convince you to bank in Emirates NBD, by all means run away. No wonder this bank is losing a lot of customers because of their incompetence and staff are arrogant and blatantly rude.

They’re cheaters. I don’t know how fraudulent bank like ENBD can operate in a country like UAE. By verbal they will promise anything to trap the people and when we raise any complaint they will say it was written on our bank policy it should have been checked before getting a card from us.
When the card was issued to me, it was told to me that there will be unlimited buy 1 get 1 offers in Cine Royal CInemas without any conditions. And I have bought 2 tickets of 40dhs each and got the offer. But later when the statement was generated they have charged 262.5 dhs for the ticket wchich is actually costs only 40 dhs. When I contacted them they were saying I have’nt fulfil the minimum spend limit but my card limit was 7500dhs only and I had purchased for almot 7000 dhs.
And I asked them to register a complaint regarding this, they told me that there’s no option to register a complaint for this reason.
They are frauds…stay away from them…

The bank is the worse bank in the UAE, if you have a problem don’t try to talk to the customer service, because you will still have the problem plus you will be angry, the branch in tourist club in abu Dhabi, when I opened my account I felt I am begging and not a customer in a bank, they treat people as garbage. I regret dealing with Emirates NBD bank, even when I try to complain against the branch treatment I couldn’t they made it very hard to complain. They also lied about the credit card he told me it’s Halal but it’s turns out it’s not, in the contract there is a text talking about the interest if you didn’t pay in the same time.

I opened bank account there and agreed for international delivery of the card, now after thousands emails, messages and calls they say you have to come to the UAE to confirm the international delivery of the card!!!!
I have already agreed before, I sent emails, I called them and finally said ” you have to visit the branch” What a ….. service they did, If their agents are unprofessional so it´s not my problem, If they are not respecting the customer, so it´s not my problem. At least they can make a call to my registered mobile number in their system and confirm if it was me or not!!! But how come !!!
Every time my call took at least one hour from the waiting time into the thousands questions to verify me (international call). Although all this confirmation they won´t to send me the card….. How to get a control of my money now as long as I don´t have any access to my account??? Can anyone from the management department tell me HOW???

i have contacted ENBD Call Center from Jan 2022 till April End , the CAll Center Quality manager were following up with my case suddenly stopped responding to me and several time contacted with no respond . this is keep me down from this way of the service . once manager give a commitment to the customer should follow up till end in case not able to sort it out still has to inform the customer. in mu case everyone has ignored without any update.

I’d like to share my experience, I’m active client in ENBD since 2014, I had an issue recently. I did international transfer to my home, but for some reason funds were blocked by intermediary bank, I applied for transaction recall, but it was rejected.
The problem I faced in this issue, that ENBD is not helpful, first of all, they were not updating me , unless I call, second , since money stucked in intermediary bank and I did recall this transaction, there was no reply for 2 month, my bank NBD told that we cannot do anything , we just need to wait ( honestly, this is something new, that the worldwide banking system don’t have any communication between each other) its been 3 months already, since I tried to get money back, but no results, since ENBD saying they cannot help, problem solving is very poor
Conclusion : I didn’t receive my funds back and bank cannot help ( as they are saying) so, who can help then, 🤷♀️

I must say that the management considering customer for a granted. The way the IVR is designed it is next to impossible to connect with any human interaction. Furthermore, customer care number is not a toll free, so you are trapping in the ivr loop like a vicious cycle,plus your balance is being charged without any reasons! Whilst tried to contact via emails, unable to get any proper response, neither any email within the TAT!
So frustrating…… Very hard to explain.

Everytime a transfer is intiated Smart Pass keeps getting declined. Until it gets locked out then you need to reactivate.
Even you are using the correct PIN (after reactivation I took note of the PIN) it wasnt working though it was just done mins prior.
Sometimes, when u type very slow the PIN. it gets accepted the 2nd time.
Very incovenient esp when u need something done fast. You end up doing more. And speaking to a representative on the phone, does not help too.
Your call center agents are rude, sarcastic and robotoc. Please educate them that if you need to manage your average handle time, you can do it by fixing your call handling and not by hurrying up your customer on the phone to end the call. Train them.how to act like a real customer service personnel. Thats what theyre paid for.

I had open my company bank account with E20 in Oct 2021 & they had visited my office & send me welcome pack on the same visit where as up til today even after 4.5 month i am still not able to activate my debit card since it has to be activated by the App only & unless debit card is not updated i can’t activate the account also & neither i can use the account every time i call them they give me a new date for an update of the app. They pathetic IT team which don’t known what they are doing.

I woke up to see almost 8,000 DHS worth of UNAUTHORIZED transactions to my bank account. All this happened in a span of 2-4 hours WHILE I SLEPT. I immediately had the card blocked and the bank asked me to fill up a form to list all the unauthorized transactions. Hi have filled up the form and sent it to the designated email address. ZERO acknowledgment of the email and ZERO updates on the progress on my case. I trusted this bank with my money and it seems they do not care about trying to recover your money back. Only 4 transactions totaling about 3,000 DHS has been reversed but there is ZERO update on the rest of the almost 5,000 DHS worth of unauthorized transactions. All these transactions didn’t even ask for an OTP! To the bank this amount is nothing to them but for us account holders this is our hard earned money!
