The deposit that was collected from me has not been returned after 30 days.

The Emirates Hospital on Jumeirah Road is the worst hospital ever to go there for any form of treatment. I was hospitalised for 2 days and discharged on the 3rd day. During my discharge, I was told that my insurance has not approved my medical bills, so if I want to go home, then I have to pay the full bill of 4151 AED, and once the insurance company approves my money shall be returned to my account.
I concurred and made the payment on the 12th of July and left the hospital. On Monday, the 14th of July, I received a call from my Insurance that they have cleared the bill, and I should go pick up my deposit from the hospital which I went there and they shared a link via email for me to share my account details with them, which I did.
After about 2 weeks and the funds had not been deposited, I visited the hospital along with my colleague from our HR department, and we met with the Billing Director, who explained to us and assured us that he would help me get back my money by fast-tracking my refund process, which he never did to date.

Today, the 12th August, is making 1 month after they collected a deposit of 4151 AED from me, and still they haven’t refunded my money.

I have made several calls to speak to the operations duty manager, but each time I tried, the Telephone operator would not transfer my calls; rather,r they would keep me on hold and talk to whoever came back to me with no solution.
This is not the way to treat your clients. Don’t treat people like animals because the same people are to advertise your hospital, not the other way round.

I only need my deposit, and I will never put my foot in that hospital again.

Went there today on 24th September around 4pm to the Pharmacy after my check up. The pharmacist told me that their partner pharmacy will deliver the medicine as the medicine currently not available that time. And now the time is 6:46pm and that the pharmacy will deliver the medicine to my house instead which is 2hrs drive from Jumeirah. So I have to wait for another 2hrs for to get this medicine, enduring all this pain in few hours for this medicine. Very inconvenient for someone who needs medicine very urgent.

I went to her for off and on pain in pelvis Actually I’m 12 weeks Pregnant and my case was considered as a high risk pregnancy there in my case cervical Cerclage is mandatory therefore Dr Selima Done My Cervical Cerclage procedure yesterday Throughout Dr was very kind, helpful , advisable she care for me alot throughout from scam examine till after I came back from procedure in OT and after shifted back into my room she is very Helpful n caring she Discuss everything explained me about the procedure done successfully, about taking medication and other followup visit .
I’m very much satisfied with the services and the nursing staff, OT staff , ER staff everyone was so caring and concerned and treat very fastly

Highly disappointed from one of Neurologist

Ive been reffered to Neurologist (dr Ayman) from a neurosurgeon as no one able to figure out the reason behind pains in my body. DR Neurologist immediately prescribed Cymbalta a very stronf controlled medication declaring i have fibromyalgia.. first 2 months i was on one tableta. Later he started giving me 2 tablets per day
After 5 months of medication i told him tht all my pains are worsen now and no difference. He stopped my medicine immediately and prescribed me arcoxia and myonal. The worst side effect started after 3 days of quitting medicine. I was having bad nightmares, i went under depression my stomach got upset , i was hitting and yelling at my kids, i wasnt able to eat anything feeling dizzy all time. And end up on having thoughts of suicide.y husband send me back to the dr again to ask for same medication cymbalta. When i visited him after a week he said he can not stop medication suddenly like this. First he ask if i have insurance so he can take his fees to write down my medicine. And not ready to hand me over my prescription without paying his fees on cashier. I wasnt able to even talk at tht time much and dieing to have cymbalta which can help me to calm down. Now he again started cymbalta for me for 2 more months. And he told me to take one tablet each day for one month and then 1 tablet on every alternate day.

Im mother fo 2 very small kids 1 and half year girl and 2 years 10 month old boy.. all i can say is dr doesnt have any right to play with patients life like this. I would have suicide if i could not atart cbalta again.. now im too much scared of the side effects of this medicine. How i will quit this..
