They are not managing anything – they keep charging you egregious rates for anything and everything and cannot get a single thing done. They are just layers upon layers of negligent and incompetent “managers” who keep patting each other on the back to hide the gross incompetence they embody.

Very disappointed

I had terrible experience with EMAAR as regards after sale service.Me and my family has bought many apartments from EMAAR and we didn’t face such issues before.The apartment I bought has many problems as regards ceiling and AC leakage before handover and this made delay of handover for more than 3 months as EMAAR told me they will delay the handover because they discovered many problems as regards the contractor work in the ceiling and AC.After long time,handover was done after they told me everything is ok now and no need to worry about it.1 year after the handover,the ceiling became damaged again with moulds on it and AC leakage as well from the bathroom and i keep calling the customer service of EMAAR to send their maintenance to check this and fix it but they were always replying that the property is now out of warranty and they cannot do anything about it.I explained to them that these problems were already existing in the apartment before handover and they recured again because they were not fixed properly from the beginning,but they keep not taking any action.I am very upset from such experience and the response of EMAAR although me and the family are loyal customers for EMAAR and we have dealt before with them many times.But this sad experience will make us change our mind for sure and not deal with them in the future.

Handover delay

I purchased an appartment at Forte tower back on Dec. 2015, but and the handover supposed to be on Dec. 2019, but till today I didn’t receive it.
Unexpected delay from such large developer like Emaar neither ignores and no compensation. I lost almost more than 500k AED investment opportunity from this project,

Horrible customer care towards residents

I am beyond appalled by the horrible customer care of EMAAR towards its residents in Creek Harbour. Allowing noisy construction works to take place at night when the construction site is merely less than 20 meters away from the occupied building is beyond my comprehension. The worst attitude ever and in my opinion management of the company should be really ashamed of being so anti-customer. You call them, they apologise, promise that it will not repeat itself and the next night yet another cycle of torture. I so sincerely can not recommend EMAAR any
longer as a good developer and worthy community. My absolute sincere disrespect to the management of the company for allowing and approving such activities to take place at night and not caring even a slightest bit what it feels for the residents staying at the building next to the site.

Emaar Cistomer Experience is shocking!

Bought a unit in emaar dubai hills real estate’s latest project- Lime Gardens. There were several calls and follow-up calls until the 1st installment was paid but since then its been a month with no response on paperwork. Spoke to a couple of people at emaar customer service, followed up with an email but unfortunately no response. This is the worst customer experience ever!

Hands off approach

In response to an earnest request to help with a flooding incident inside a downtown apartment due to rains on 1 Jan 2022, this is the response I received from the Emaar Customer Care Team. I will not get into the details, but the issue is a structural defect in the building.

“Kindly note, we have reviewed your case thoroughly once again. However, we regret that we are unable to assist you further since after this warranty period, the maintenance of the property is the responsibility of the owner or its resident”. This is a very standard response for all customer queries.

Behind the picturesque facade of the buildings in Downtown, the quality of materials used, quality of Customer service and treatment of Emrill staff who are overworked is shocking.
