Stay away. Poor quality of work

Umair’s customer service at Elkin Corp Swimming Pool Company left much to be desired. During my experience, communication was poor; he often failed to return calls or respond to messages in a timely manner. When it came to installing our new pool, deadlines were consistently missed, leading to significant delays in the project.

Moreover, the quality of work was subpar—equipment was installed incorrectly, causing additional issues shortly after. When I raised my concerns, Umair’s response was dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel frustrated and undervalued as a customer. This experience was disappointing and turned my dream pool into a regrettable ordeal.
