Worst After Service and Fake Lifetime Warranty

Avoid their services if you want to avoid any problems.

June 2022 I availed their dental Veneer services for almost 7000AED instant payment. Just before my vacation. During my trip out of the country, my very front tooth had a dark discoloration issue.
July 2022 Upon my return to the UAE, I made an appointment with Elite Medical Center to fix the problem with my Veneers.

This is what resulted from the procedure:
1. The dentist couldn’t take out the Veneer. Trying for almost an hour. Leaving tool marks on the tooth they were trying to take off.
2. The dentist tried to first blame smoking for the discoloration. But I do not smoke. Maybe he does. He reeks of smoke during every appointment with him. Not an ounce of decency to rid himself of unwanted smell.
4. As soon as the dentist found out I don’t smoke, he then blamed blood for it may be blood that caused the discoloration.
5. After they couldn’t take the tooth out and properly investigate, they said they would contact me again to see how to proceed with the repair.

After a few weeks, they called me to inform me a fee of 400AED will be charged if I want my tooth to be fixed.

400 Dirhams for:
1. The service of an incompetent dentist who doesn’t know how to take apart Veneers. The kind of dentist that can’t even name a specific mouth wash for Gingivitis. How absurd to say all of the mouth wash is recommended for gingivitis.
2. So they can repair the tooth they ruined with tool marks from a failed procedure.
3. For the incompetence in not putting the proper chemicals or liquids that should leave no gap between the tooth and Veneers.
4. Willful disregard. If gingivitis was the cause, why did they not treat the gingivitis first before charging me with almost 7k Dirhams for the Veneers. If that’s blood that caused the discoloration, it should be because he was not careful enough to avoid the bleeding during the procedure. It’s only my mistake if I did the procedure on myself but they want to charge the customer for their mistakes.

Elite Medical Center offers a wide range of mediocre services that they couldn’t specialize in one. They will do the procedure and any and all problems that will arise after that will fall upon the customer. I paid almost 7000AED and I feel like I was scammed.

This facility offers a teeth whitening procedure, which I used once. I was ecstatic because the service was excellent and the price was really reasonable.
