We moved to Dubai in July stayed in a hotel .We had no idea how to rent a property. We spoke to some of the agents and I’ll be honest with you they were a waste of time . We had viewings with 3 agents in JBR. I disliked the apartments as they were really dirty and not what I had expected. I then came across another company called Edwards & Towers and an agent call Zee Khan was introduced to us . I told him of our requirements and he said he had one that I was exactly looking for . We got an appointment immediately and we’re viewing the property within half an hour The apartment was lovely and exactly what we had in mind. We fell in love with it straight away and paid the deposit. Next step- Ejari & Empower We had no clue on how to do Ejari or Dewa or empower. Zee guided us through everything . He even picked my husband up several times & took him to all the relevant places to sort all these contracts out. He helped us source blinds for the windows, sent a handyman to us to sort out a few niggles and also gave us car advice on which he thinks would be appropriate for our family to rent . All we can say is we have had a fantastic experience with Edwards & Towers and especially with Zee Khan who went above and beyond helping us with our transition to the U.A.E to run smoothly Thank you so much and if any of my friends are coming to Dubai we will be making sure Zee Khan is the man to contact .
