Poor Customer Service

I’ve ordered food 2 days back from the eateasy app from EATOK RESTAURANT and i got a horrible horrible experience. Firstly received missing item on which i called the customer service and literally 3 hours they took and still could not resolve the issue when demanded for refund they said they will refund within 24 hours but it’s 2 days already still no refund came . Tried calling them back again all i get is “sorry for the inconvenience we will get back to you’ but then nobody gets back to me. I’m tired. I’ve never seen such a terrible customer service it’s a scam.

The prefect fraudulent looting company

Never trust this app or subscribe to their PRO, you cannot cancel after as there is no option for selection for cancellation and without it you cannot unsubscribe their cancellation. They wont return your money and repeatedly take it on monthly basis until you change your bank card. So beware if this scam company

Eat easy pro subscription

Terrible customer service experience with Eat Easy Pro due to delivery charges, unresolved issue despite daily attempts, lack of contact number, only chat support that closes without resolving problems.

Worst customer service. I paid Eat Easy Pro. Whenever I want to order, they charge for delivery. I chat and email every day for the last 10 days, but they can not sort out the issue. Fraud company.worst food app ever.do not buy their subscription. It’s all fraud, and they have no contact no. only a chat option, but they close chat without solving the issue. Pathetic service.

Eat easy team are a bunch of thieves

Pathetic delivery. Pathetic customer service. First of all they accepted an order. Before accepting the order, they did not inform that delivery timeline would be 1.5hrs!!!!!! They accepted the order. When I asked for cancellation, they refused to refund the order. If this was not enough, they updated the order as delivered even before it was delivered to me. When I confronted them, they actually said that neither they can deliver nor they can refund the order!!!!!!! They are a bunch of thieves and have no value of the customer. They wanted to just run away with the money I paid for the food. With great difficulty, i followed up with driver and got the food delivered. Please do not order anything from them. They have no commitment to any customer and they do not care for the customer beyond that transaction!!!! The worst app and team that I have seen in decades!!!!!!!!

Ordered food that took almost three hours to get to me

Ordered food on app, it said it would take 50mins.
Almost 3 hours later, Talking to restaurant and eat easy customer service, food finally arrived.

Eat easy wouldn’t cancel despite restaurant saying the delivery was too far 55km. They charged me full price plus delivery. But eat eat could only give apologies, and kept asking me to ring restaurant.

Vey bad and pathetic ordering platform in UAE. Never recommend. I ordered food from simply life app. Food didn’t delivered on time and they even not responded responsibly. Pathetic customer service

Ordered Food Using Tie-Up Simplylife App

I ordered food on 30June2022. The food did not arrive but I was deducted AED106. I complained every other day to follow. This happened for 6 weeks and then I stopped. I threated to close all by ADCB cards. The ADBC representative took the case the followed up east easy. After 2 months, I was able to get a refund. However, dealing with eat-easy using simplylife app is frustrating. You may think the food order and delivery is fake because you wont receive your food but you will be deducted for your money.
